Not only did he do a fantastic job unclogging and clearing out a years worth of leaves, pine needles and twigs by hand, but then washed out the entire system and made certain it was properly draining with no leaks. I really appreciate how Randall carefully examined every angle of the system and was able to make several small but important repairs on the spot. I really expected, based on past experience with other companies, that it would cost twice as much. I was very happy that he was able to fix all the problem spots in one visit , and for a lot less than any other quotes. Wonderful service! I have decided on finding the Gutter Service on Sunday and started reviewing companies on Yelp. This one had wonderful reviews. Called expecting to leave the voice mail to have someone call me back. To my surprise the call was answered. I was quoted over the phone with the solid description on what service will cover. Since this is our first home and we know very little about the process, I was walked through all of the concerns and questions I had. Randall was so easy to work with. He got us on the schedule quickly, did awesome work, and the price was extremely reasonable. I was pleased to hear that i did not need to rearrange my schedule for him. You do not need to be home; he will invoice you for work done. While here, he thoroughly inspected our gutters and fixed several issues with them as they had been installed improperly by the previous owners. We have called Randall a more few times now to help us with our gutters and he always does a great job. Living in Georgia we enjoy the beautiful trees but not all the leaves that clog our gutters. Every time we call, Randall is able to come out within a week, if not within a few days. He does a great job cleaning them out. He also does quality repair work (on the gutters and the roof).
