Lastly, fast forward to 2024, Ifound that both stacks for our plumbing had failed seals around the roof line. This led to water leaking into a newly remodeled bathroom. I called Brian at Style Exteriors and although we hadn't gone with their company originally he was more than happy to address all my concerns without hesitation. The entire month of July, I have been trying to work with the service team to get repairs made to my roof due to all the storms that have happened in the Chicago area. They came out and did an emergency typing for me no problems however I was told that I would have a handheld service to help me navigate the claims process with my insurance company. That was a lie. I have now been calling Nomback Homes the entire month of July and gotten no assistance. I have left multiple messages and gotten no follow up phone call. At this point, I would not recommend anyone doing any business with Nomback Homes since customer follow up does not seem to be a priority.

Levi called me back within minutes. He ended up talking with me for a good 15-20 minutes explaining everything about his company and what they do, how they charge, and the whole nine yards. After that conversation, I was confident that I wanted to go with Levi. He sent me the proposal/estimate the following morning. I was so impressed with everything at that point, I signed & sent back the agreement form right away. Levi then called me later in the day and scheduled our roofing to be done in the next 2 days. That had to be cancelled the day of installation (due to rain) and it was immediately rescheduled for the day after. All in all, our roof is absolutely beautiful. Service was outstanding. The few times I called Levi's cell phone, he answered instantly greeting me by name. He really made me feel like he appreciated our business. Very friendly and courteous too! Together with their team they made sure everything was submitted to my insurance. I was so happy to see it was covered and could be repaired. They decided decided to charge me a restock fee, once i had decided to changed my mind , which had only been several days, i was never told about restocking fee if i did change my mind, nor did they state that i would have only up until a certain time once they came out and i would be charged a restocking fee. They never stated that in the paperwork that i signed, all i signed was a estimate cost showing how much to work would cost. Now they are charging me $85 for a restock fee, Companies like this should not be allowed to be in business, because they prey on people who already don't have money, so that they can make money, they also said that they would put a lean on my home if i didn't pay the re stock fee. THIS IS RAT AND ROACH MINDED MENTITALITY COMPANY. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND ANYBODY TO DO BUSINESS WHITH THEM.
