There are so many good things Roofing Staff & Remodeling Inc did that I can't say it all; however, I can say they didn't do anything wrong. Though when I had concerns, they listened and made changes. We can't say enough about Mike and his staff, and Lazer Adjusters, too. They stayed with us through an over two year review and much back and forth from our insurance company. They dealt with the insurance, and kept fighting for us to have our damaged roof replaced, when the insurance kept pushing back and denying the claim. They kept us informed of the progress and next steps throughout, and were always positive that it would get done, and they were right. Finally, once it was approved, Mike helped us with providing suggestions and examples for selecting the roof patterns, and what colors might work with our house. This really helped us to select the roof we wanted. Once we were all set and ready to have the work done, they were even able to make adjustments on the fly to what we had wanted. They continually went over and above our expectations, and brought our roof up to the current code. Their crews do fantastic, quality work, and were always willing to work with us and listen when we had a question or needed something. I needed a roof replacement because of a bad hail storm that hit my area. I decided to go with Roofing Staff, and they did not disappoint. They were very friendly and always made sure I knew what was going on. They were very quick and efficient while replacing my roof and they did an excellent job! They also replaced my siding and gutters. Overall they did an incredible job with all the replacements. I thought getting my roof replaced would be such a hassle, however they made the insurance process extremely easy. We started working with Mike and his staff in July of 2020 and had plans to hire him to install a new roof including complete tear off of the old one, replacing our skylight and all new gutters before winter hit but we just didn't have our ducks in a row. When we were finally ready in the spring I called Mike back and he was more than happy to continue working with us. First thing he does is give you a link to their company cam where they document the whole project from to before to after with photos and videos. Super cool to see everything that is done since I'm not climbing up to watch. He sent us updated contract info and gave me a list of houses they had done to go look at that were in the shades we were interested in. He was very patient while I took a couple weeks to go back and look at the houses after I narrowed it down to my final three. We picked the date and gave him the color and he took care of everything else (didn't even want a deposit or any money until the job was done and we were happy). Mike was always responsive and made us feel very comfortable about our decision. He and his team kept us up to date even with the weather forecast to make sure we would be good for the install. The team installed the new skylight and roof in one day and then two days later his team came out to do the gutters. Mike made recommendations to help with gutter problems and also fixed an issue on our roof we weren't even aware of by fixing an area on our roof that we didn't even know wasn't done properly by our builder. They even painted our furnace and chimney vents to make them look new, something that none of the neighbors roofers did in the last couple years. His team cleaned up and hauled away everything without leaving a trace of evidence they were there. Our house is now done and we have received many compliments on our roof and ours is the best looking roof on the block. I wish I could hire Mike and team for all my repairs but now I have nothing else I need replaced. Hire them, you won't be sorry. read more
