Called Heritage Contractors for a quote and they came out promptly and broke down the quote by the 3 items we needed replaced. Roof, Gutters, and Windows (two separate quotes for windows, because we could not decide if we were going to replace the windows on the north side of the house) and it was such a good price, we decided to get it all done at once. Charlie from Sales was such a pleasure to work with and very funny. There were multiple options, colors and materials and Charlie gave us so many suggestions and help that it was easy to choose colors and options to stay within our budget. The roof and gutters were done really quickly, even with all the delays due to the rainy weather. Windows needed to be ordered and it took 8 weeks, but once done, they look awesome. We were worried about 2 specific windows, but once Heritage took care of them, our concerns were taken care of without us even asking. The entire month of July, I have been trying to work with the service team to get repairs made to my roof due to all the storms that have happened in the Chicago area. They came out and did an emergency typing for me no problems however I was told that I would have a handheld service to help me navigate the claims process with my insurance company. That was a lie. I have now been calling Nomback Homes the entire month of July and gotten no assistance. I have left multiple messages and gotten no follow up phone call. At this point, I would not recommend anyone doing any business with Nomback Homes since customer follow up does not seem to be a priority.

We ended up filing a claim with our home owners insurance, as we had some storm damage. He worked with the insurance adjusters to make sure we were taken care of. And dealt with things I didn't understand. He is very knowledgeable as he has been doing this for many years. I was stressed about picking out the right roof color (I didn't care for the old roof) and he took that concern seriously and helped by showing us other houses he had worked on recently. We chose the perfect color! We also had a special order skylight that was being replaced and George measured a few times to make sure it was accurate and made sure the right skylight was installed. The work was done quickly and stress free thanks to George.

They decided decided to charge me a restock fee, once i had decided to changed my mind , which had only been several days, i was never told about restocking fee if i did change my mind, nor did they state that i would have only up until a certain time once they came out and i would be charged a restocking fee. They never stated that in the paperwork that i signed, all i signed was a estimate cost showing how much to work would cost. Now they are charging me $85 for a restock fee, Companies like this should not be allowed to be in business, because they prey on people who already don't have money, so that they can make money, they also said that they would put a lean on my home if i didn't pay the re stock fee. THIS IS RAT AND ROACH MINDED MENTITALITY COMPANY. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND ANYBODY TO DO BUSINESS WHITH THEM.
