What makes this experience even more frustrating is the lack of communication. No one called us with an update or explained that there was a delay. We had to call them ourselves after waiting a month, only to find out the glasses still weren't ready. These aren't just ordinary glasses for my wife. She needs the prism lenses, and while we've been waiting she has been dealing with severe headaches. That's why getting these glasses was important to us in the first place. Delays can happen--I understand that. What I don't understand is promising roughly two weeks, letting more than a month pass, and not contacting the customer with an update. When someone's health and quality of life depend on getting the correct prescription glasses, communication and follow-through matter. Based on our experience, I am extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend this place! Horrible!

Not only will they deny your request to see the actual doctor versus a PA, the one I saw didn't have up to date information on medications and refused to listen to my medication history and why I was uncomfortable taking the medicine she wanted to switch me to. I do not need mediation changes, as I am very well regulated on my meds. Once I found out I was pregnant, it got even worse. Her knowledge of medications and high risk pregnancy was completely out of date and harmful to myself and the baby. I.e. she thought certain ones were safe and they most definitely were not and vice versa. Additionally, they billed my insurance TWICE and tried to say I owed money when I am a full Medicare QMB patient with medicaid. Also, I had to get full prior medical authorization to be seen aka my insurance had to pre approve payment and coverage for services. I've also already met my out of pocket expenses for the year. They told me I owed them money by text and that they would just bill my card on file. Understand, this text came from an unknown number and refused to answer me when I asked who and what this was for. I also said I do not Authorize any payment and they went ahead and tried to do it anyways. When I called the number, the gentleman wouldn't give me any info and when I asked to speak to someone else he refused and said I'd get a call back and also spoke to me a manner such as, "you owe us money. You are not getting out of paying this. We will just charge your card. We don't need your permission. " I've never received a call back, despite leaving multiple messages and have reported them for insurance fraud with my insurance as well as reporting them to state agencies for harassment of collections. Way to try and take advantage of mental health patients.

I have been coming to this location since they opened for annual screenings. What I love about them, is the ease in making appointments (you can make your next years appointment at the current appointment), pre-check-in processes, and the efficiency once you are actually at your appointment. I have never had to wait, which feels like the norm for medical services. I am always treated kindly and respectfully during screenings/x-rays and they get you in and out. For me, living out in Vail it is nice having the convenience of professional and competent healthcare services out on this side of town!

They never looked up from their cellphones to acknowledge me, but rather one placed a clipboard on the counter for me to fill out. You know the rest of the story, except for the part where one advised me my co-pay was $250. I advised her that was not accurate, and that it was $150. She then found her voice and informed me that their office was a preferred provider for insurance companies and that the co-pay was $250. I asked her when she had contacted my insurance company to confirm the coverage and co-pay, but she did not respond to my question, rather replied with the same canned response about being a preferred provider... this absurd conversation went on for a while and she then informed me that if I couldn't afford to pay the full $250. that I could finance it. I was about to inform her that I paid cash for my new Lexus with my own hard earned money, but decided she wasn't worth another second of my time and turned around and left. I again contacted my insurance carrier to confirm my co-pay was and still is $150.
