Title: not a good experience Went to Green Valley ENT to see about what could be done about my frequent nighttime awakenings. I knew I probably had sleep apnea and after several years decided it was time to do something about it. After an introductory exam it was determined I should have a study done at home using the Sleepimage Ring. An appointment was made for me to pick it up in Tucson - why they could not do it in Green Valley was puzzling. I also learned that after the 1 night study was done I had to return the ring back to the Tucson office the next day. I did everything exactly as was instructed only to find out the next day it had not worked. There was no explanation why that had happened and the device has no ability to let you know if it would ever work. I decided that maybe it would be better to find a different provider and a different approach. It was a lot of driving and a big waste of time. read more

Dr Zacheis has been my Dr for over ten years. I ordered hearing Aids on February 2024 after 10 months of not complying with the correct paperwork required for submission to my insurance I contacted the office manager Carry Heart who was combative at best and claimed that the Dr was aware of insurance problems but was not willing to take the time for a Dr to Dr phone call as requested by the insurance. Hart claimed Dr Zacheis was aware I would loose my $8,800.00 benefit for 2024 and did not care, She stated he said he has done all he is willing to do. read more

I was having headaches so I went to Dr Zachaias at Valley ENT. he did a CT and said I needed sinus surgery as he could see something ( fungus or tumor). He told me I would be awake during the procedure even though I requested to be put out. He said I was too elderly to be put out (65j. I went into surgery and it was awful. first of all it did hurt. then he said it was fungus and he could only get 1/3 of it scraping and vaccuming my sinus and he wanted me to come back. I told him it hurt and he acted very surprised and almost like he did not believe me. At my follow up he said we would just watch it a few months and to come back. Fast forward to now. my primary did a CT of my sinus and referred me to an ENT in Tucson. my sinus is filled with fungus, infection and pus. I had never been given any anti fungal or antibiotic after surgery and he did not even do a CT. The new doctor said he will never do a surgery without putting me out ( thank god). He is going to have to go in and fix everything that was made worse by the surgery in Feb. just a word of caution , get a 2nd opinion and if your gut says something isn't right listen to it. To the lady upfront who talks about all the other staff workers in front on the patients is embarrassing. I've gone three different times. The lady upfront is always eating. She always had food at her desk and in her mouth. Chewing while asking questions is disgusting. She grossed me out. Then when I sat down to hear how she was speaking about her staff members is horrible. She's a big lady already at the green valley office. Who should maybe watch her mouth and not eat food while talking to patients. I will be contacting the manager about this lady. She gets very loud. Very sloppy. read more

I personally have seen two different doctors here. I had to wait for both of them. That's not so bad if the doctor is wonderful. The first people that you meet to sign in to get appointments. Are the rudest people I ever met. Trisha is one of the young lady who couldn't be any rude i'm polite and professional than ever. I suggest you put her in a different position. My elderly mother tried twice to be seen at this location. The first provider canceled due to a personal emergency. Next try, she left the office after over an hour past her scheduled time. Office staff said nothing about being SO FAR behind. Their response was "if you want to be seen, you'll wait". How professional is that? They offered to reschedule for February of next year. I made an appointment with Dr #1, was called the day of the ppt because he had been exposed to Covid; made appt with Dr #2 who was in auto accident the morning of my appt; Went to my appt with Dr #3. My appt was for hearing test at 9:45 am followed by 10:00 am appt. A woman from the back office came out to say that they were running about an hour behind and if we wanted to be seen, we could wait. At 10:45 I asked about re-scheduling. I was told Feb, 2024. I asked about one of the other doctors or one of the other locations. "Oh no," she said, "You are Dr #3's patient." I said that I have never seen him. "Doesn't matter, he would have to release you." I have self-released and making an appointment with another practice. This was a bad experience!! read more

Very unpleasant receptionist! Could not do New Patient paperwork online before my appointment so I got there early, as they requested, to fill out the paperwork. Several patients with appointment times after mine were seen before me. When I asked why, I was told that I was a new patient so the "established patients" got to see the doctor first. 09-20-22 I was on an Appointment to see Dr. Blum, and waited 45 min. in the front waiting room Freezing cold. I asked the receptionist if the Dr. was running late she said no. I thought i could bear without going to my car to get a sweater. When call to the Examination Room, even colder than the front waiting room. Again waited 5 min. and started to cough since coming out of bronquitis, then opted to open the Examination room door to ask the MA if I could step out to get a sweater out of my car, and she replied yes. As i was walking out of the hall way and closing the door that leads to the front Waiting room the door closed loud with my force used to close it, and I thought to myself the door is light?. But the Receptionist Snap in front of everybody waiting saying " that it you aren't coming back" Me thinking what is wrong with this person?. In the past My husband had a horrible experience with her, and I was accompanying him. He got to his appointment 20 min. earlier. Receptionist register him, waited for about 45 min. and my husband needed to use the restroom, and ask her if was possible to use the one in the Office, and she said that he needed to use the one outside, which he tried but was close. We told her the situation, then ask us to go to the Hospital and maybe in our way out we could see the maintenance guy and ask him to open the door of the public restrooms and she said that my husband's appointment wasn't until an hr. later. my husband got really mad and ask her why didn't she told us before registering him in. My husband show her the Appointment card written the Appt. ( to us was a proof that he Apt. was not invented ). This incident and the Care received by the Dr. drove my husband to never ever go back there. Another Incident was with my Sister; We got to the Appointment date and time written in the Apt. card, and the same Lady told us that the Apt. was in Tucson not in GV. We argued with her but Again My Sister never wanted to go Back. My self; I am on Allergy Injections for 5 Years, and never ever had an Issue while having the treatment and Appointment Until I retired and opted to Use GV Facility. Is the Receptionist Attitude. After getting my sweater from my car, she was waiting for me at the Downstairs by the elevator and wouldn't let me use it. She told me that Dr. Blum Didn't wanted to see me, and that if I insisted she would call the Police on me. I returned Home tried to call the supervisor and never got in touch with her (Lisa), and she never returned my calls. read more

So my in-laws returned to this sub standard location, and after the last fiasco with the very rude woman at the front desk, they neglected to submit her order for her hearing aids. She had previously been fitted and they were supposed to order her devices, but they said she was not in the system? WTH? So they explained how she was there and was fitted, and the receptionist looked into some other basket and the order was NEVER submitted. I recommend staying away from this place like your life depends on it. Absolutely horrible service, and a rude, vindictive front desk woman who will purposely misplace your stuff and not properly file insurance paperwork! read more

Dr. Ray is a rare find amongst doctors. He has a GREAT bedside manner and provides an easy to follow explanation of your problem and the subsequent treatment. Even though he often runs late due to unexpected patient problems earlier in his schedule, he still provides excellent care and is WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!!! I also appreciate his combining homeopathic remedies with medical science and the relief that they provide. Additionally, I found his staff equally caring and efficient which has made my treatment even better. I have been going to Valley ENT for a couple of years. I called in two weeks ago to make a appointment and was told my doctor only comes to the Green Valley Office once a month and I couldn't get a appointment until November. When I asked to see any doctor because I was having some pain in my right ear I was told I couldn't see any other doctor but Emami because that would be a second opinion and their office didn't do that. I then said I guess your telling me to find another Doctor and she said "Yes that's what I'm Telling you find another Doctor". I have to agree with the other reviewer. Not only is this place a joke, they will bill your insurance for services they never provided. I got all of a lousy one minute initial exam and my insurance was billed for an endoscopy and level 3 exam. Yeah, seriously. I took my hearing aids back to Valley ENT five weeks ago because they don't work. Still waiting for my hearing aids. I was told three weeks ago they are waiting for some parts. I called, two weeks ago and left a message. I was told they would return my call. Still waiting. During this time, I was given demo hearing aid. They have stopped working! I guess there must be a built in time limit of five weeks. Not happy. It is no fun not to hear. My warranty expires in November. At this rate, I may never see my hearing aids again and they will be out of warranty. Valley ENT should have given me a new pair of hearing aids. Poor service and consideration of the patient. It is all about money and profit. read more

You can't beat the friendly and professionalism from all. I missed my appointment because I forgot about it and then they worked me in when I called that day. This place is a joke..wait an hour to see Dr. Email and then he stands in the doorway for about 2 minutes and that is the end of the appointment. .We left him to see a real doctor and my wife was diagnosed with asthma and given Flovent..only took a year for a diagnosis. .Don't waste your time here!!! read more

Fantastic care by Dr. Blanchford and Staff, from the Front Desk to the nurses who give the allergy shots all have treated me well. I've gone to the Green Valley and Northwest offices and found the same level of professionalism and treatment. Yes, it is a very busy practice but the good ones usually are. You go through the Tucson office initially but once you you are an established patient each location has a phone number that the Front Desk gives you. I can work around scheduling issues or any problem that might come up if the care given resolves my medical problem. Valley ENT and Dr. Blanchford have done that. read more

I have been trying over 1 month to get a hold of these people to get my allergy medication. I have even emailed them. When I call the answering machine says that the person is on another line or the extension does not work. I paid good money for my medication and I want them! I don't know if we're living in a parallel universe or what??? Our experience with Dr. Emami and Dr. Landau have been good. On our first visit, Dr. Emami was very thorough and had Dr. Landau check my husband's hearing and examined him thoroughly about another concern. Everything was within the normal range for his age and we followed up a year or so later. At that time, we found his hearing had declined and Dr. Emami recommended hearing aids before it got so bad the aids wouldn't work. Working with Dr. Landau for the hearing aids was great. She is also very thorough and practical as well. We are happy with the result and life is good. We have never waited more than 15-20 minutes before being seen. I would give them 5 stars, but I hesitate to say "it's as good as it gets." Maybe a 4.5 if that was available. read more

Horrible location....especially if you are older or have problems walking. This is Green Valley (retirement area) for heavens sake! It's the farthest place in the building and you have to walk outside in the heat as well. The receptionist is very rude and there is not a direct number to call that office. She is't allowed to give the extension out? Unprofessional in my opinion. All I wanted to know were their hours and if someone was there. It took me 15 minutes on the phone (in Tucson) to find this out? I just wanted to drop off my father's hearing aid. She states she is always there .....but I know this is not true. Two times we attempted to go and no one one was there. And this is with my father who is 93 years old who uses a walker. Just think this place lacks common business sense. My husband had his first appointment today. We recently moved and as he has a history of Mastoiditis, ear infections and tubes we needed to transfer to a new ENT. The receptionist was wonderful, but we waited for nearing 1 1/2 hours to get in. Saw Dr Zacheis. He never introduced himself. Not interested in what we had to say and was very dismissive. Tried to grab my husband's hearing aid and pull it out himself - just not done and could have broken it. Kept saying he needed to have a hearing test. Why? We know he can't hear, he's worn hearing aids since 1980 and is wearing a brand new pair that's only a couple weeks old. He said the one tube is still in and the other ear has closed up. My husband tried telling him he was having beginning to have some of the same symptoms as before diagnosed with problems in his Mastoids. Doctor dismissed it and said he didn't see anything - well you can't without a CT scan. He said he'd see him in 6 mo. I made appointment for 4 mos. Previous 2 doctors wouldn't let him go more than 3 because of the issues he has. But my husband is so upset, he's considering not going back at all and trying to find another doctor somewhere else. read more
