They two guys had my issue diagnosed in about 20 min and had the new part installed in another 20 so total here was less than a hour. Back at his van he had to look up the price of the transformer and said out loud that it was $125 then handed me a bill for $345... so $225 for an hours labor at most. Very thankful they got here so quickly but I think I paid a premium for it.

The guy noticed my furnace and wanted to check it out, and he said it's old and it's not safe to have it on especially with a newborn baby. So he shut off our heat. I called my grandma and she recommend Premiere Mechanical after I mentioned furnace and said Scot is amazing and a honest man. We both called him, but since it was a holiday (New Years day) we both left a message. But he called me right back and said he is able to come out the next day which was also a holiday to come give me a quote. I was very impress how quick he was able to come out and able to give me a quote on a holiday. Also he was able to get my new furnace installed the next morning for me while I was at work. I called my grandma to see if it was okay if I wasn't home for him and the installers to be there while I wasn't home and she said absolutely. I trust my grandma. So I left the door unlock and he said they will lock up when they were done. When I got home around 530 it was nice to finally come home to a warm house! We will be needing a new air conditioning unit soon and I will definitely be calling these guys!
