He went above and beyond. John was polite and patient in answering my questions. We used Northeast Mechanical to install our new HVAC system in 2023. Scott is the best installer out there. They two guys had my issue diagnosed in about 20 min and had the new part installed in another 20 so total here was less than a hour.
