After getting Abruptly kicked off my last insurance company. Every single time I come in , the guy that owns this office is so rude. The lady and other younger guy are absolutely nice, it's just the old miserable one in the back. I went in to pay my bill he asked if I had it with me I said no, he grabs a folder with everyone's bills from there and says to me "you got to start bringing your bill every time you never have it" looks for my bill for 5 minutes throws the folder at me and says "look for yourself I give up" (god forbid if he had to do his job) mind you when the lady or other man help me they never have a problem and find my bill right away. Being an insurance agent myself in the past. I was highly satisfied when i originally purchased my policy. The lady who helped me was kind, professional and efficient. I know people in the insurance business work off of commission so I made sure to refer over 15+ people to this office. Today, however I will make it a point to tell EVERYONE I can to avoid this place like the plague it is! My debit card was lost so I called the office to ask if I may come in a make a payment in person. ( I had previously done this here with my original agent without incident) Today the man who answered my call was nothing but arrogant and rude. He abruptly stated that they can but it is a nuisance for them to make payments...(im sure it wasnt a nuisance when they were writing all the new policies i sent them!) Awful service. Horrible customer service. Extremely rude associates. I was told my bank account would be charged a certain price by 2 associates and on 2 separate days so I purchased the policy. The next day come to find out they charged my account $70 more than what I was told. I called immediately to find out why there was a discrepancy and the owner Steven proceeded to yell at me and tell me that's just what it is so I asked why him and another associate told me a different price on 2 other occasions and he could not answer my question and continued to yell at me and said to cancel the policy if I'm not happy with the price. So that is exactly what I did. I went right away to the office to cancel the policy and they still tried to get me to sign paperwork to start the policy. After I declined signing that paperwork they finally canceled the policy and stated my money would be refunded to my account.
