Wish I had read them before I purchased a Homeowners policy, which I paid for the entire year up front. I had just purchased a seasonal home in CT. My credit rating by the "Big Three" is rated Excellent. NBIC ran a credit check thru Lexis Nexis on behalf of Narragansett Bay Ins. My e mail has been full unsolicited credit card and loan offers from Banks and organizations that I never did any business with, or ever heard of. I have never experienced this before. It is obvious that my private information is now available en mass on some sort of wide spread list. I need this stopped for the obvious reasons. I called the office that originated the policy (to their credit within hours) to ask for a copy of the credit report which they used to process my policy. To date, 7/17/18, both the person who wrote the policy, Mr. Scott Gilbert and his superior, VP Mr. Loren Marozas have told me to contact the reporting company they use,Lexis Nexis obviously knowing that the wait for the report (which Narragansett Bay has had since June 19th) will take 30-60 Days for me to receive from Lexis Nexis the credit report which they already have. Their lack of follow thru on my behalf and the sheer lack of consideration on their part is unconscionable and reprehensible. Robert J. Swartz
