My new to me house had a partially working sprinkler system. Chris and his dog got the issues sorted out quickly. Chris clearly showed the dead solenoid, replaced a broken pop-up sprinkler and adjusted some other sprinklers so the flow would be a narrower arc. All quickly and efficiently. I've used Affordable Irrigation Repair for a couple of years now. The customer service is outstanding from Mary scheduling an appointment to having Chris handling the problems I've had with my irrigation system. The first call was a result of a number of leaks from my system which prompt my water department to send a notice that my water usage was very high. Chris found all of areas that were 'broken' from squirrel bites. He was able to fix the areas that needed repair every time. I'm so glad that I found AIR as Chris always manages to fix my system. As squirrels always are going to be around, he suggested putting out water for the squirrels drink from that vs them from biting into my drip system. Chris is knowledgeable and results driven. First, because we live in South San Jose we always are given an early time for contractors who usually show up an hour later. Not these guys, right on time! The technician quickly assessed a problem I felt would take a a long time and be expensive due to another company coming out, making an appointment, and not showing up nor returning calls. Affordable Irrigation repaired two splintered pipes over a foot underground along with a new "T" and pipe to the sprinkler head in about an hour for a very reasonable price.
