The owner of reminiscent herb farm was such an incredible help. She guided me toward a diverse selection of plants that have been thriving. They're all exceptional quality. Her knowledge of her inventory and what I needed was so impressive! This morning I walked out to my garden, coffee in hand, and watched the honeybees, bumblebees, a butterfly, and even a hummingbird enjoy the garden. Brings joy to my heart. One star is too good for this company. No quality, Bad service, poor attitude, unprofessional are…read morejust a few words to describe this company. This guys came in to grade and seed our new built house... Not only they graded it in a way that the flow of the water misses the sod used as an easement and created a muddy mess but when they did it there was no clean up, they just ran on top of the weeds, left huge rocks, tree trunks, bricks, large pieces of tarp, pretty much everything you can imagine from a construction site, then seeded on top of that and covered it with nets of hay. A couple of months later after the Hay was gone, we where left with huge patches of dirt and all the garbage. After that they came to re-seed those areas and clean up multiple block of hay that they left in our backyard; luckily I have security cameras because we caught the employees putting the blocks and all the debris they picked up on a wheel barrel and threw them into my own backyard trying to hide them between my trees. I wouldn't recommend this company even if they paid me, stay away from them.

They have a huge selection and some really unique things you can't find at other places. Amazing succulent selection inside the greenhouse and the tropical plants smell amazing! Minimal staff but all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable offering to help take things to your car or supply boxes for all the plant finds. I was told the business is more wholesale but they also sell to the public. The only downside is because they are wholesale, prices on things aren't listed and some tags are missing but all you have to do is ask and they are happy to help. The prices on things are also very good value for money and reasonable. One thing to Note is when you are walking around inside the greenhouse is to be mindful of where you walk because the paths are narrow and a little uneven.

Called customer service on a Sunday, actually did speak with someone. Thy are going to try and get the rest of our order delivered on Monday. This is the first time I've tried ordering mulch and having it delivered. I'm not impressed. UPDATE: We reached out to Ohio Mulch late today (Monday), and the manager of our local branch delivered the missing bags himself this evening. Bumping them up to 4 stars for the extra effort, and the quick response.

Had I know earlier that a local place had them, I would have went there from the beginning. Anywho, I walked around for a little as I LOVE flowers. Kinda forgot my reason for even going, lol. I ended up buying a double stem orchid (absolutely beautiful) and one Venus Fly Trap. The fly trap was 100 times better quality than the one I ordered online. The orchid I got was very beautiful as well. I got it for my mother but it's mine now, hehehe! I'll definitely be back for more flowers. Might get another fly trap annnnd gonna have to get an orchid that I'll actually give to my mom. The staff was pretty friendly. I actually plan on getting an estimate for some landscaping work soon. So, I'll update the review when I get an estimate and work done. But so far, I'm liking the place and their stuff.
