I called Affordable Lock and Key and spoke to Connor to set up an appointment and described the problem of my front door lock not accepting my key unless I jammed the key in the key hole of the door lock with great force and the use of some type of padding to protect my hand while applying the extra pressure, but even this technique was becoming more difficult each day in order to open my front door. Connor suggested I try spraying some WD-40 or silicone in the key hole of the lock to see if that would solve the problem and to save me the money of a service call. I tried his suggestion and it worked and I did not need a repair man to come out to my house thanks to Connor's technical guidance. Connor's willingness to provide free technical advice over the phone to try and fix my jammed door lock impressed me very much because it is something I rarely experience in the business world.
