Mike is the most reliable locksmith we've ever used. They are great with payment, in the past, they have invoiced me and gotten paid via check from my company and they also take credit cards. They always show up within a day or so of when I need them and I never have had to wait for parts. They are great about us walking in and dropping off keys for copies as well as coming to the property and making copies or doing the work here onsite. Sometimes they don't answer right away but I just leave a message and they call back almost immediately, if not within the hour. They are great with scheduling and can work with anything you have going on.

I called Affordable Lock and Key and spoke to Connor to set up an appointment and described the problem of my front door lock not accepting my key unless I jammed the key in the key hole of the door lock with great force and the use of some type of padding to protect my hand while applying the extra pressure, but even this technique was becoming more difficult each day in order to open my front door. Connor suggested I try spraying some WD-40 or silicone in the key hole of the lock to see if that would solve the problem and to save me the money of a service call. I tried his suggestion and it worked and I did not need a repair man to come out to my house thanks to Connor's technical guidance. Connor's willingness to provide free technical advice over the phone to try and fix my jammed door lock impressed me very much because it is something I rarely experience in the business world. I would highly recommend Affordable Lock and Key based on my experience and plan on calling them anytime I experience a problem with any of my locks. read more

Affordable Lock & Key gave me an appointment time of 10:00am. Fifteen minutes prior they call and say they'll be about 5 minutes late. And exactly at 10:05am they are there! Who does that? They do! I was searching for a locksmith to change out my locks on my new home in Murrieta, and I was referred to Affordable Lock & Key. They were able to come out the next day, change out my locks along with my mail box, which saved me time and money. Although it's never pleasant to lock yourself out of the house, it's nice to have reliable and friendly service to alleviate the problem. Connor came out on a weekend to my Temecula home and had me back into the house within 15 minutes. He also made for good conversation while he worked on the lock. The name says it all.
