Mike had my mother use math calculations to stimulate that part of her brain that needed rehabilitation, after her Stroke, and she loved those activities. He worked on her balance and cognitive skills resulting in improvement. After two severe strokes, resulting in aphasia and cognitive changes, Mike engaged her so successfully. His intuition skill for what a patient needs is remarkable. He is truly the exception in his field and his sincerity and respect for my mom and our family is second to none. Mom needs companion care, and Amparo does a great job getting mom to her appointments, taking her to the market, making light meals and helping us manage the house. Our care manager, Sam, is very helpful and prompt to respond. Scheduling has been efficient and pretty seamless when we have needed changes.

Birdie was able to get us set up in one afternoon... And had a caregiver here at 7 AM the next morning. Sophia worked a 12 hour shift taking care of my brother. And I could see right away that she wasn't just doing a "job"... She was truly caring for my brother. Her work came from her heart. And the same was true for Ryan, who relieved her at 7 PM. Had that order delivered to Bridge. Was reassured by Bridge again and again that service would soon begin. Waited patiently for service. NOTHING. NADA. Followed up with phone calls. More reassurance. STILL NO SERVICE. NADA. Called again. Now, not even a live pick up. Right to voice mail. And predictably no answer to my messages left. They just lied the whole time STAY AWAY Why are they still allowed to stay in business?

My wife and I came to California from Montana the beginning of December for treatment and our first…read morecouple of rehab places we went to let me just say that if our sobriety wasn't our number one priority I'd see that those places got shut down. and as we were sitting on the sidewalk of the last place we were at I was getting discouraged because alot of places were no longer taking my insurance because Montana changed its rules for out of state treatmen. I contacted admissions here at inspire and told them our situation and as soon as they heard that we were on the streets stranded with no way back home they had a uber on its way to pick us up their main concern was our safety they said we will get things figured out when we got to their facility. as soon as we got in the doors the staff immediately offered us something to eat just kind of relax take a breath. And for the first time since I came to California, I felt we found the right place. The level of professionalism as well as. Kindness tops the charts I can't begin to express how thankful I am for this place they gave my wife and I a chance at a new sober life.

They were supposed to provide phy therapy for neck and arms/hands. Instead Nick shows up for less…read morethan 10 min two times and only makes patient walk fast around the house pushing her too fast and all the while looking thru the house making insulting comments. No P/T was ever provided. He did say patient has so many medications she needs a nurse (yet all her meds are taken properly). And she needs lotion on her skin. So nurses show up and sit in their car and listen to music and dance for 20 min. Then the bather (lotion applier) comes next but she doesnt do anything for patient instead she vacuums the carpet and blows a circuit as fans were on too as well as medical equip. Circuit is re set at breaker. She says she will come back but doesnt. She tells the agency she called us twice and we told her never to return which is false. Never happened. So we get her back and she washed patients hair but left dirty stuff all around for me to clean up after her. She had no cleaning items of her own I bought everything for her. Talked to Nick the PT he hung up and cancelled further care. Nurse comes back alone (no dancing this time) and falsely claims 9-1-1 emergency over ruling the doctor who is treating patient for a wound on a weekly basis and calls 911 putting patient in ER for 9 hrs in the lobby mostly, ER never admitted patient. Patient had no access to her meds in ER and was exhausted by the time she got back home now worse off and injured more. Wound doctor said her wound healed. Desert Home Health then said theres no reason to return because wound healed but actually they were sent here by patients primary doctor to give phy. therapy nothing to do with the wound care, no P/T was ever provided yet I am sure they billed Medi-Care for it.
