Whenever I have an appointment with Paul, despite his demanding schedule, he always takes the time to truly listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and clearly explain the next steps for monitoring my health. His attentiveness and professionalism make me feel heard, respected, and an active participant in the quality of care I'm receiving. I also want to commend the front desk staff for making appointment scheduling smooth and accommodating. On several occasions, they've helped me secure earlier appointments when needed. Their prompt attention, courteous manner, and strong commitment to patient care are genuinely valued--and, most importantly, reliably consistent. Additionally, I've experienced excellent follow-up after appointments--whether regarding test results, treatment plans, or referrals to specialists. Communication has always been clear, timely, and supportive, which is essential for making informed decisions about my health. When I've been referred to outside specialists for procedures, the team has been consistently aware of the outcomes and continues to monitor my overall care. I genuinely feel that my medical care is being watched closely, and I'm thankful for that level of attention. Dr. Stanley will be greatly missed! I find that dessert area to have literally the worst cardiologists, electrophysiologists, neurologists, pain doctors, orthopedic specialists, therapists, allergy doctors, pediatrists, and hospitals that I've ever seen in my life, but not doctor Stanley. Doctor Stanley is an Angel in a desert of trash. I don't know what I would have done without him. He's a compassionate, caring, sincere, humble, knowledgeable man. He's like having a primary doctor and therapist all in one. He listens and knows his stuff, and zero attitude. If you are lucky enough to have him as your doctor, go for it! Staff were combative and dismissive, unable to read or interpret prescriptions correctly, even when the information was clearly listed in the medical record and chart. It's concerning when licensed staff, including an LVN, appear uncertain about basic medication refills. Even the pharmacy seemed unprepared to handle a simple refill request, as if no one could just look up a patient's file and process it efficiently. That delay alone speaks to serious gaps in training and workflow. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was the behavior of a security guard who seemed to follow my partner into the restroom--completely inappropriate and unnecessary. To add to that, there were families nearby trying to take our stroller, which wasn't even the real one--our test model, while we're still waiting on our Cybex Gazelle S, Atom G, and Nuna systems. To be fair, there are some genuinely kind and capable women providing excellent care here. But others appear to be abusing their roles, frustrated with the system, and bringing that energy into their work environment. The result is an atmosphere that feels invasive, unprofessional, and--at times--ghostly. I hope Riverside University Health takes this as constructive feedback to improve discipline, training, and patient respect.

I was amazed how kind, thoughtful, respectful and professional all of the staff and visiting staff were. My care was 100% perfect, I could not have asked for a better experience for my first surgery. Everything that they were going to perform on me was clearly explained and in no way rushed. I had the same experience for my pre-surgery tests and phone call. Everyone went out of their way to extend every courtesy to me. I thank all of the kind nurses and staff and the anesthesiologist who made my experience and recovery so much easier than I had ever anticipated.

The doctors did not seem to have much interest in the medications that my husband had been prescribed by his Cedars Sinai doctors, nor did they listen carefully to me when I tried to share his medical history, including actual reports from doctors that I accessed from my Cedars Sinai app. I asked repeatedly about him receiving his meds and was never given a good reason why they were being withheld. I also learned that the Medical Center does not subscribe to EPIC - an electronic health record platform in the US that allows for medical records from one hospital to be accessed by another. This is significant in that they treat patients without having access to important medical history. I am still not certain that the 'abscess' that they drained wasn't a cyst that his Cedars doctor had determined to be benign. I showed one of the doctors the MRI results from April of this year, but another doctor determined that the 'abscess' needed to be drained. We waited 4 days for the MRI to be completed. During his 10-day stay, my husband was in three different rooms. The last night, he was placed in a room with three other patients and a shared restroom that he refused to use. We have Medicare and Blue Shield insurance. I was shocked to find him in that shared room on the morning that he was finally discharged. The bottom line is this - my husband gained 21 pounds during his 10-day stay. Only 2 times did someone come and get him out of bed to walk. His legs are so full of fluid that he now needs a walker to get around. The fluid buildup is due to a lack of the correct dosage of diuretics. It will take us weeks to get rid of the fluid. Was anyone keeping track of his weight? If so, why didn't they make the proper adjustments? Why didn't someone listen to my pleas for more meds to address the fluid buildup? To top it all off, my husband has scabs all over his arms and a huge gash on his head that no one can explain. What a horrific experience.

DAP Health actually ran an internal investigation and sent me a formal letter admitting that a HIPAA violation happened. This leak completely turned my personal life upside down. My private STI testing information was breached & weaponized against me in legal proceedings. It has been an excruciating experience to which I still experiencing the consequences of DAP negligence in not protecting my privacy. Protect your data and go somewhere else. DAP admits the breach in the attached email but refuses any correspondence beyond that.
