We had never lost a pet and didn't feel comfortable sending our little paway and picking her ashes up the following week. So we opted to have a viewing. We went to Agape not knowing what to expect but were blown away with the kindness and compassion they displayed. They gave us all the time we wanted with Chelsea and Yoda and never made us feel rushed. While we waited for their little bodies to be cremated the staff played a movie for the kids and offered us refreshments. The cremation facility itself is immaculate. You can watch the entire process from the viewing room. We only watched bits and pieces but observed that the handler was extremely gentle with both of our pugs. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that they do not mix pets' ashes when you opt to have an individual cremation. I am very thankful to Agape for making our grief more bearable.
