We've been getting the run around for months looking for an honest person to repair our plumbing system for our in-ground jacuzzi. People looked at it set a date to return to repair and no showed. That is the ultimate no no bad customer service not to mention annoying. Well, you won't get that from Emilio. I called him told him what was happening he said he'd look at it the next day. I wasn't expecting that he would repair so quickly. Not only did he look at, it he said I'll be back in a few hours to repair it. What, who does that! We are so happy we didn't think we were going to be able to use our jacuzzi this summer. Thank you thank you thank you, Emilio. You're fantastic and you will be our guy for repairs and service to our jacuzzi from now on. Keep doing the good work you do. Don't forget about us when you're big and have too many clients, lol. Perry told me that he would be by today, and sounded friendly on the phone, and happy to assist. I sent him my address as requested, and not a world back, and 10 hours later no show. I understand people get busy but communication, and letting us know you could not have make it would have been the right thing to do as a business owner. I am glad he did not show after all because if this is how he operates, I can only assume the quality of work could be in question too.
