I understand people get busy but communication, and letting us know you could not have make it would have been the right thing to do as a business owner. I am glad he did not show after all because if this is how he operates, I can only assume the quality of work could be in question too. Upsold me on draining pool and power washing, and then replaced my pump with a 1hp, non variable speed, which by the way I've learned is ILLEGAL in ca. Very inefficient. sneaky tactic. Then has tried to blame the filter, and tried to upsell me on a filter, which has never been a problem in the 8 years I've had it. Buyer beware. Told him the pump is inefficient, as I had a 2 hp prior. He denies it, of course. Told him I needed a comparable pump , and then tried to sell me a 2k one. Yeah, no thanks. Now im out a lot of $$$. skimmer barely sucks, so vacuuming debris is not an option. pump is inadequate, and im going to have to replace it with a more efficient pump. Im sure if you have the $ to waste to upgrade everything, go for it, with caution, but if you're on a budget be very diligent. I do not recomend.

Nelly, who handles all the administration and invoicing, is responsive and I appreciated her communications greatly during the process. After the pool was filled and we paid in full, we had concerns about the mini pebble not binding with the concrete shell; Sergio sent out his plaster technician in a timely manner to inspect. We have been reassured that if there are any issues with the mini pebble due to defects with installation, we should feel rest assured that it will be resolved.
