Had 2 other quotes that wanted to do all sorts of things that weren't required, these ripoff artists were $10,000+ higher than Adonnis. The basement walls look like the day Adonnis finished the work, no cracks. The crew was respectful of our home cleaned up everything daily and did just a great job.

During the conversation he began to threaten us when we told him to just walk away and we would not be paying the balance. He thretend a contractors lien if we didn't pay him for "not" finishing the job. This guy was scum. Period. If this is a new owner then fine, but if its the same owner stay away. Anyone who threatens to sue you when they were at fault and refuses to compromise with you is not someone you should do business with.

As a hobby woodworker with a lot of dust capture equipment, Arlington Hardwood must use some serious filters and vacuums because I didn't think it was possible to leave that little dust behind. There was just a tiny bit on flat surfaces that had the consistency of flour. The floors are now gorgeous and I'm so glad we had them done before moving anything into the house. We had the two-person team of Josh & Ivan, and let me tell you, they were amazing! Not only were they meticulous and neat, but they also took their time, stayed on schedule, and were two of the nicest guys we have ever dealt with.
