Joshua Zapel came out to our house to grind down two stumps. He was on time, seemed efficient, took proper safety measures, I was feeling pretty happy with his work until I noticed he parked his large work truck and fully loaded double axle trailer smack in the middle of our front lawn. We have a large U shaped paved drive way and there is an access road right next to where he was grinding the stumps, plus a half acre behind his that he could have parked on. To get his rig off our lawn he had to turn the front tires before driving forward to drive around our mailbox there by further damaging the grass and compacting the soil even more. We now have ruts and deep tire impressions that will require repair. He offered to use his leaf blower to lift the grass back up but that wont help the soil. Seeing the damage he created, he didn't charge for grinding the stumps.
