Scheduler only mentioned stump grind to their team so debris was not scheduled to clear. Crew came in today to do the job, all debris was left. Emailed staff for removal and Rick stated they would need to come another day and for another surcharge of the stump grind (Service was $454 and the quote to remove debris was an added $454 for a separate day total $908). Stump roots were left extruding 4inches above curb in some areas and a ton of root left over in general above the sidewalk level. Wouldn't have been a problem, but I have to either hire another company to get rid of roots right off the stump or buy a chainsaw which pretty much defeats the purpose of hiring someone.
