He explained that if we could give them just a few, they could get a tech in and get us taken care of. When Wade got a hold of our bus he had everything checked out including our original issue, an oil change, and a leak fix in just a couple hours. It was serviced at two other truck centers in So. Colorado without success. The service manager Shane Trout took a personal interest in finding the problem. His mechanic Jim also took it very seriously and I know they both spent a lot of time (even in their off work hours) thinking through the problem. Shane welcomed me to stay in my Rv in their repair lot for well over a week. They found that the surge tank flange was damaged keeping the system from maintaining a seal. On my visit, the place was really clean and the guy had no trouble locating the needed parts. No hassle exchanging my old starter (I had pulled it out ahead of time.) I also grabbed a grounding cable to replace the corroded mess that has been hanging off my negative battery terminal the past few years. It's been about three weeks since I put my shiny new starter in, along with a fresh grounding cable, and every time I turn my key in the ignition I smile.
