The shop was closed at that time, so I left my key along with a note for the mechanics so they would know what happened, along with my name and phone number. My car was at the shop for nearly a full month while I kept being told they were 'putting in on the lift.' The charge was first going to be less than a thousand dollars, but after some weeks, the owner said the differential was shot and the price would be sixteen hundred. I had no choice but to agree because I needed the car. More time went by with no calls, no information unless I or my daughter called them, only to be told that the car would be ready in a couple of days. We were told that multiple times, but each time, no response, no car. Finally, the owner told me that the problem was broken motor mounts and that he had driven the car and it made a thumping, bumping sound and would break a 'rod' they had put in. He told me that they were going with a different supplier. But after that, he said that his mechanics knew the motor mounts were broken after they had replaced the 'rod' two or three times with the mounts broken. Finally the car was ready and it cost me more than 2100, while he said he didn't charge me any labor. On the barely readable receipt, it listed 140 charge for *oil.* 900 for the differential. After I got my car returned, it was filthy with huge bird dropping on the back. And when I began cleaning things up, I found items missing...ten different pieces of my property. I notified the business that I wanted these things returned. The business denied any knowledge of the items going missing, although when an employee called, one item I had not listed was named. I had given the business until July 1 to either return my property or pay me an acceptable amount. Neither has happened as yet, although the owner finally said, via his employee, that someone would bring by the amount I requested in cash. So, here I am. Without my property, tools, jack, windshield screen, several pairs of expensive sun glasses, and no money to make it right. They claimed to not be responsible and then claimed homeless people must have taken my things. The car wasn't broken into, so whoever removed my property did so through an unlocked door. And the "driving" done used up as much fuel as a week of taking my daughter to work and home. I informed the business that I would write a review. Now he should keep his word. My car is working, but they want me to take it in to check for leaks. I don't think so.

Since July I have taken my truck back 6 times. This was supposed to be a transmission rebuild. $6870.00 later still doesn't work correctly. Jim keeps asking for another chance to look at it again. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. My batteries that were bought in March were not in the truck when I got it back and I found this out because my batteries were dead today. Called Jim he said his guys didn't touch the batteries but the ones that I pulled out were from 6/21. I will be moving my business to a reputable shop. Sorry after 20+ years never thought it would be this way. Now it is time to consult with legal counsel after his son's bantering.

After retiring from the military I moved to Colorado to enjoy the beautiful mountains and go drag…read moreracing. I had fuel issues with my FL70 toter home and after spending several thousand dollars with Rush and several times having it towed back to Rush for things that were not fixed now became a bigger nightmare. I have only used my FL70 a few times last drag race season so I fired it up last week and took it to Pilot truck stop a few miles from my place to top off the fuel tanks and it died right at the truck stop. So naturally I called Rush and was told it would be several hours before a technician could come so after waiting and waiting I asked them to coordinate a tow truck if their technician could not come. I asked for the technician cell phone number so I could see if it was something simple and David was able to walk me through troubleshooting and got the truck running again so I called Rush to cancel the tow company which was not due to arrive for about another 30-60 minutes. I call the lady back at Rush and tell her David walked me through troubleshooting to bleed the air out of my fuel lines and I thanked her for her help. Today I got an email saying glad your truck is running good but you have a tow bill of $476 so naturally I thought it was a mistake because the invoice said the tow bill would have been $1100 to take it from Pilot truck stop to Rush service center about 20 minutes away. The previous times I had to get it towed back to Rush only cost less than $600 each time so I called the new manager to ask WTF! Long story short I was told that the tow bill was about normal which after I confirmed with Randy Towing was not accurate. My truck was not towed and the tow truck driver never even showed up because I waited there with my truck running for over an hour longer. Randy Towing is the best big rig towing company in Colorado Springs but they didn't call them they called some other company I won't mention because I believe they are being dishonest about this situation and seriously price gauging. To top it off after being a loyal customer to Rush the new manager tells me if I don't pay for my truck not being towed for $476 they will not work on my truck ever again so talk about piss poor customer service I really wouldn't recommend any business that tells a customer that bs. So I tell the manager I would compromise and pay half the bill for nothing just to make everyone happy he tells me no and he doesn't need my business. What the manager didn't know is I own several businesses and I am a millionaire but not a fool and I will never step foot in any Rush truck service center ever again. If this manager worked for me I would definitely fire him because good business is simple but common sense is definitely not common anymore. Avoid this business Dr. F July 10th 2024 I just received a call from the actual GM Kevin of Rush Trucking Center in Colorado Springs and was informed he was completely unaware of the problem I had with a manager at Rush Truck Center several months ago. First I must say when a company calls you to apologize these days it's something you should not take lightly in the business world of today. I was informed the manager I had the issue with was terminated and with the attitude he had I am not surprised. Kevin took the time to research how long I have been a loyal customer and asked me if he could make this right as he already verified I had spent over $10k with them on repairs to my FL70 race rig. Just Kevin calling a customer and listening to what happened and understanding my concerns and wanting to make this situation right was all I needed to hear. Kevin is definitely a real manager representing Rush Truck Center in Colorado Springs. Kevin I really appreciate you taking the time and caring about customer service as you have restored my trust in this business. I am a loyal customer and after this incident I linked up with one of your extremely talented technicians who started his own mobile business so I have been working with Andy since this happened. Kevin with you running things this is the Rush Truck Center I remember. Thank you Kevin I rate you 5 stars! Dr. F

The mechanic showed up, grabbed tools, and the part and had it replaced and the motorhome functioning correctly in only an hour.
