It was serviced at two other truck centers in So. Colorado without success. The service manager Shane Trout took a personal interest in finding the problem. His mechanic Jim also took it very seriously and I know they both spent a lot of time (even in their off work hours) thinking through the problem. Shane welcomed me to stay in my Rv in their repair lot for well over a week. They found that the surge tank flange was damaged keeping the system from maintaining a seal. I also grabbed a grounding cable to replace the corroded mess that has been hanging off my negative battery terminal the past few years.
