Today I had a replacement slider installed on my deck. My experience with Affordable Vinyl windows and Siding was excellent. I felt that from the very beginning of the process they have been professional and service was timely. I've been dealing with Affordable for 25 years. Three homes of windows (33 in the current house) and the service and product are top of the line. When you get to it, windows are windows so when you compare quality and all things are equal, Affordalbes price beats everyone, but then you add on the service and no one can touch them. Recently a sash had a stress fracture, it was immediately replaced and when we did that, I needed one replaced for Low-E, again, replaced right away. They stand behind their warantee. I called Affordable windows on October 10th to inquire about replacing our windows. Paul was in our area so he came right over did measurements and gave us a price it was that easy! The price was definitely reasonable. He told me the windows would be ordered and they would call with an install date. They did just that as soon as they were in the scheduled us. Paul told me they would be there at 8:15am and he wasn't kidding ! Just before 8:15am here they came. Everyone was very professional and just dug right in to get the job done. They even secured a couple pieces of siding on the side of my house that they noticed. I say that's above and beyond. They finished before 2pm and they replaced 12 windows.
