This needed to be done before our flooring contractor could install the plank flooring. Time was an issue so we found Prime Lux Builders and Jose was professional in his review of our issue and fair in his quoting of the project. Every project is different so won't go into all the details except to say that he was able to get the job done in a day. There were some anomalies after the floor dried/cured and they promptly came back to fix those anomalies to our satisfaction. Jose and his team were courteous, professional, prompt. The work was done with attention to detail and to our satisfaction and at a fair cost to us. Customer service is as important to me as the quality and Prime Lux Builders checked the box on both of these areas for me.

If it had gone unnoticed, it could have left severe water damage that would have cost a fortune to fix. Still, it cost over $1k to fix a multitude of plumbing issues. The bathtub looked pretty on the outside, but the plumbing work behind the scenes was so shoddy that my plumber, Mike Reid Plumbing Heating and Cooling Inc. (who I highly recommend), took pictures of it and pointed out many signs of sheer negligence. I've tried to get ahold of Tommy to give him an honest chance to fix his company's mistakes and I've been met with complete silence.
