About 1 year after installation , water streamed from below the tub, through the floor below, and into the room underneath. If it had gone unnoticed, it could have left severe water damage that would have cost a fortune to fix. Still, it cost over $1k to fix a multitude of plumbing issues. The bathtub looked pretty on the outside, but the plumbing work behind the scenes was so shoddy that my plumber, Mike Reid Plumbing Heating and Cooling Inc. (who I highly recommend), took pictures of it and pointed out many signs of sheer negligence. I've tried to get ahold of Tommy to give him an honest chance to fix his company's mistakes and I've been met with complete silence.
