There was no apology, no offer to make it right -- just a casual acknowledgment and that was it. This was not the level of care or professionalism I expected. When i contacted Safa she told me it was because we needed 90 mins and was rushing on time. So i then asked if i could get in for another appt she said yes but needed $25 deposit mind you i paid the full 90 min fill price for 70 then tipped her $20 and she still couldn't have the decency to get me in to fix the issue without trying to charge me. I wish i never tipped her or drove 35 mins to get in with her. Waste of money and very bad customer service.
