ChanteLashes is a real gem! I have been here several times for my lash extensions and recently started having my brows waxed with them as well. Both Chantel and Gail are perfectionists, and I know I am in good hands no matter who I book with. My lashes are always full, yet natural looking, which is exactly what i like. I recently went to ChanteLashes and got a back wax from Gail - she was very professional and efficient. I haven't had too many waxes in my life, but the few I have had, hurt terribly and took forever to do. Gail got me out of there in under 20 minutes, and did not leave any hairs behind. I absolutely love their Carmel Mountain location, but I hate their Point Loma location. I've never had issues at Carmel Mountain, but I constantly have issues in Point Loma. I've repeatedly had issues with their website, allowing you to book on days that they are not open and their website hours on Google saying they're open even when they're not. I've contacted them multiple times about this, but the issue has never been resolved. I'll be honest this was one of the only places I have ever trusted to do my eyebrows and I had a great experience a handful of times I've been to Carmel Mountain. But they really need to get new management for the point Loma location. I know it is new, but that is not an excuse for how it is currently running. I've also heard other reviews from friends of mine saying that they will show up on time for their appointment and the staff is not there and has been up to 30 minutes late for their appointment. I hope to continue to be a customer because I do love the Carmel Valley location, but I really hope they can step it up in point Loma. Overall, I have a bad taste in my mouth from the poor experiences in PL.
