However, I was waiting for my daughter to finish selling Girl Scout cookies at her booth and didn't want to drive back and forth from my usual place. This place is extremely clean and the vibe is super cute. I like that the spa chairs foot wash are like mother of pearl shells. Very kind service, I had Tina and she was very detailed. I got the European pedicure which comes with a massage and callous remover. The massage was excellent! She even put a mask on my legs. Very bougie! I loved my pedicure and highly recommend this place. Keep in mind the prices are higher than other places obviously since it's in CV. Their attention to detail, quality and efficiency is what makes this place a good one to consider. I believe I was in/out in a little over an hour for a pedi and fill. The liners used for the pedi basin leaves you feeling secure in keeping health standards high. The pillows to put your arms for rest while getting a manicure or fill is nice to keep you comfortable. Very clean and well kept. My regular salon is about $40 less than here (even with tip). Just tried them out because it's close to where I live and I wanted to see if it would be worth the shorter drive. The nice thing is appt not needed and I was seen within minutes of walking in. They started on the pedicure first. Their nail color samples are not super accurate, but I ended up with a color i liked. I got french tips on my fingernails, they arent the sharpest french tips and there are some air bubbles that cured but thats slightly on me for not checking closer. They turned out cute though. Overall 8/10 for both experience and nails results along with the vibe was good. read more

I have been hesitant to write this review for a few months, but after reading some of the 1-2 star ratings I thought I would report my experience. I had never been to this salon prior and my neighbor recommended. I found the salon clean, relaxing with calming music and the ladies all very quiet and polite. After arriving first thing in the morning and was seated I thought this might be a nice experience until the owner walked in and changed the music and volume to very loud unsettling noise. On my way out I let her know how nice of a visit I was having until the music and volume had changed, she said she was the owner and didn't care what I thought. I saw that this salon had very great reviews, so I was excited to try this place out. However, I would advise you to ask for an experienced nail tech prior. The woman that did my nails was very sweet, but as soon she started to Dremel my nails I noticed she was putting a lot of pressure on them and filing too much. I didn't say anything because I thought she knew what she was doing, however, my nails were paper thin afterwards (I came in with long healthy nail beds). I'm writing this review the day after as my nail beds feel very uncomfortable/painful and they bend from being so thin. I have never felt this much discomfort getting gel nails. She also filed down too much of one of my thumb nails down to the skin and the length doesn't match my other thumb nail. She also had some difficulty filing almond shape nails. Overall, my nails look good (except for my one very short thumb nail), but they are very uncomfortable underneath. I am going out of town and I want my nails to look done, so I plan on keeping them since there isn't anything else I can do except grow out my nails. read more

They did my gel nails, and after only two days they started coming off! A few days later, I went back just to get them removed, and they charged me $15! I'm also tired of them constantly asking women for tips--cash or card, and how much you're going to give! Gel polish removal is usually only $4-5 everywhere else! Totally unnecessary. read more

The worst service ever!! So rudely said "oh" when I arrived for my 3:30 appointment that she gave me on the phone 30 minutes prior, I arrived 10 minutes early. She said "late" I said my appointment is at 3:30 she said we're running late.. there were 8 workers there for sure one of them will finish soon I thought. She said we're running late again I said I'll wait she said no so I asked when should I come back she said 45 minutes later after my appointment time! I stopped going there because they did similar things in the past and I was giving them another chance and they failed horribly at customer service. They're chasing customers away. Booked at appointment at the last minute for 4 people all mani pedis. So very thankful we were able to come in since it's been so long thanks to COVID. This nail salon has many precautions in place and are actually very consistent and obvious at keeping the facility very clean and sanitized. Once you check in, they have you hand sanitize immediately, then take temp checks at the entrance, sign a consent confirming no symptoms and exposure and then wash hands in the sink before you start. They have clear barriers between the stations and between you and the nail person. They are consistently cleaning the shields and the chairs. They even have an outdoor station if you would prefer to be outside. Also they are only accepting cash right now. Everyone is very friendly, has lots of nail polish choices and is very clean. read more

With a lot of traffic on hwy 5, I made a detour to this place for an impromptu pedicure to kill some time. Called and they had immediate availability. Easy parking in a large shared lot. Fixed a broken nail. Got a very nice massage. They have a lotion warmer and provided a chilled bottle of water, which are nice touches. Took about 50 minutes for the service. I had no cell phone bars at this location unfortunately, but they do allow you to connect to their WiFi. They prefer cash but they do not have separate pricing for credit card. read more

Had a gel polish on bare toes. They tried to charge me $43 for gel polish removal and new polish. They didn't remove any polish. Then she showed me a paper pointing to the $43. I saw it said just polish $38. Then she called someone and said no it's $40. Prices went up. They need to have correct prices posted. Relaxing mani pedi because sometimes it's just nice to have a mid-day break between the work meetings. I do enjoy this salon. It's in a very safe and convenient area (lots of shops nearby - Starbucks, Chipotle, grocery store, bank, post office). And in my experience they've always accepted my walk-ins. I went in for a deluxe manicure (standard, not gel or other special) and paid $35 before tip. After a couple of days the polish started separating from the nail. When I called, the person told me that it only lasts a couple of days!!! When I do my own manicure at home it lasts longer than that. They were kind enough that I could come in to get the polish part re-done, but I will not go back there for a manicure. I had the same experience a while ago, but thought maybe it was the manicurist and decided to try again. For some reason, their pedicures last longer, despite the fact that I wear sneakers a lot. read more
