The pizza was delicious (the best we've had on our trip) the atmosphere is warm, and the team are really friendly. It feels like a proper bar with personality unlike much of New York. The women who took my order was very kind and helped me determine exactly how much food I needed for my party size. The food was ready upon pickup and the same woman carried my order and put it into my car because my son had fallen asleep in the car on the way over. She refused to let me carry anything, seeing that I was pregnant. She even took my credit card inside the restaurant and came back out with all the papers so that I would not have to leave my car. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, he turned around and ignored me while I was speaking to him. This was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment. Customers should not have to worry about paying for an order, receiving nothing, and then being denied a refund.
