They promised us a 4:30 arrival and Stanley texted at 4:00 stating he was arriving at 4:15. He was there at the exact minute he promised. We had the Mercedes Sprinter van. Originally, we had the stretch Limousine, but due to a mechanical issue, it was unavailable, so Patriot upgraded us to the Sprinter which is a larger vehicle and an incredibly comfortable ride. Most importantly, they upgraded us at zero additional cost. Inside the Sprinter was new and immaculate. We synched the stereo easily to my phone via BlueTooth and played our music the entire ride. When it came time to leave our event, I texted Stanley when we wanted to be picked up and he was there exactly on time. After the precision pickup, I never had any concerns. We had an amazing night and the flawless transportation was the icing on the cake. A big thanks to the team at Patriot especially our professional, courteous, punctual driver, Stanley.

He is willing to risk an accident with people in the van/bus and then curse you out when he pulls up alongside. Given a history of negative reviews here I wouldn't recommend their drivers even if just for safety reasons. When I phoned in to lodge a complaint, it was registered and an apology was offered, followed by a promise of an inquiry into the incident. Hopefully they will hire a more pleasant driver to replace this piece of dung. (Boylston/Mass Ave 5:30pm, USDOT #2364399 license plate 81)
