The price is decent for what you get! This bus was amazing inside!! Fog machine, lights, tvs, dj booth, stripper pole and more! My friends were amazed at how great it was!!! I was a true superstar on my bday and I couldn't have made it happen with out these guys!! Both the driver and the owner was on the ride and was helpful every step of the way. I was organizing a bus to a concert at Gillette Stadium and found Eco Ride on yelp. I was nervous…read moreabout it because there were so few reviews and I would have had to put down a lot of money and hope the company would be legitimate. I spoke with Joel on the phone 4 or 5 times asking questions before the day of the event. He was okay with making some last minute adjustments (changing time and location of pick up and drop off) without no trouble. He was responsive by email and sent me adjustments to the contract as needed. Our driver Kevin came and was super friendly and accommodating (which is really a treat for a huge group of 23 year olds with many coolers and eager to have a good time) throughout the ride. While we tailgated, Kevin just asked for a burger and was happy to stick around and allow us on and off the bus to get our stuff. We left right on time from the stadium and he was open to taking back roads to alleviate some traffic which was a big plus. Someone left a phone on the bus and the driver called immediately to tell us, and Joel was there the next day to help us pick it up. That really impressed me. All in all the day was a big success. A few small things caused 4 rather than 5 star review: 1. The 50% deposit included ALL of the 20% tip. Ultimately I explained to the bus driver that we would be tipping at the end (and tipped over the 20%), but I wanted the option to make that decision after the service was provided. I asked for the contract to be changed to make sure our balance did not include the tip, but the driver's copy indicated that he must collect all of it at the time of pick up. Our driver was good about this, but I was disappointed that it was not corrected. 2. Joel called the day of the trip and said we would be getting upgraded to bus with AC and when the bus arrived, we asked about the AC and he said there was no AC. Not a huge deal, but we were a bit confused about that. Mostly, this is a great company, so don't let the limited reviews dissuade you from using them!

We were looking for a way to transport 50+ guests to/from our venue (ceremony/cocktail/reception…read moreall in one site) - from two hotels in Westford, MA, roughly 15 minutes away....to keep our guests from having to worry about getting there, and to prevent drinking and driving. We looked into limos, coaches, etc...but as our wedding was at a barn (Barn at Gibbet Hill in Groton, MA) - school buses seemed fun & fitting. I e-mailed for a quote (last year), and within a day heard from Jessy. Over the weeks and months, our needs/ideas changed a little bit...and I'd discuss changes with Jessy, and same day - have a new quote. The price was MORE than fair, we were able to add gratuity right to our AmEx (one less thing to worry about), and the service was quick, efficient, 100% on-time...and certainly affordable. FYI: We got 2 buses to go from hotels to venue....then 1 bus left, and the other bus remained and did 2 round-trips back to the venue near the end / after the wedding. Weddings are a lot of work...if you need group transportation... definitely consider Local Motion - it will be one less thing to worry about, because they will take care of things without a problem, without any catches, and without any small print. Thank you Local Motion, and Jessy, for making this part of our wedding so easy to coordinate...and for a fun bus ride as a married couple :)

In a panic I tried to call but could not get through to anyone. . I never got a call to inform me they were on the way . No communication whatsoever, so I assumed they just weren't coming. Many of my guests quickly found alternate transportation . When they finally came the second bus left empty sInce the riders had already left. After the fact , when I dealt with the company they said the problem was they had used subcontractors which they had assured me that they did not use them when I signed the contract . Then they had the gall to try to charge me for the second empty bus. This is a horrible company. Go anywhere else.

It had all the amenities that you'd expect, a comfortable bed (I probably got my best sleep while traveling here compared to the entire year of travel/stays), spacious bathroom/bedroom, and the full kitchen and ability to make ice is great. I also used the gym which was also spacious and was much better equipped than other hotels I've been to. Overall, everything was as clean as you could hope for, check-in/check-out was smooth and the folks at the front desk were courteous, and I had a very easy five night stay. Will definitely stay here again when I return to the area for work.

And while the bartender was not going to be there that night Peter was nice enough to open it for a few hours for us...good man. It's appears to be an older hotel that has been renovated tucked away in an industrial park. When you see the reviews call it a minimalist hotel they are dead on. The rooms are not big enough IMO to travel with a large family. Living room is super small you are basically sitting right on top of the TV. Pillows are way too soft unless you like that then you will sleep well. Bed was comfortable but not Marriott level. Room and hotel was clean, shower pressure was great and location was near a ton of things. If you need an overnight stay for a day or two this place is worth it. Breakfast was just okay I've had better at Hampton Inns. You better there by 9 things we're getting scarce. But all in all I give this place a thumbs up and if we are ever passing through MA again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

The guest key is linked to the elevator providing security. You must swipe your key card and select your floor for access. We had a wonderful stay. The facility and grounds were well taken care of. Beth and Joey at the front desk were very helpful. We had a ceiling light and stove light out and the maintenance and engineering tech was very fast, pleasant, and easy to work with (sorry I didn't catch his name) and got it fixed right off. The kitchen worked out well. We cooked a few things and was glad to have a full fridge and freezer. Everything worked well and was stocked nicely. The temperature controls and unit worked well. They have a nice gym, walking path, doggies station, breakfast area, common seating areas and outdoor space. The only thing that was a bit disheartening were a few of the guests didn't always pick up after their pooches. Thankfully there were plenty of waste baggies so I did my fair share of clean up. I am really thankful to have pet friendly places to stay and wish other people did their part. We did have a run in with a guest who couldn't manage their two dogs so word of caution to be alert around other pups. The breakfast was decent with a variety of options such as oat milk, vegan foods, hot oatmeal, bagels, waffles, french toast, eggs, sausage and vegan sausage. Lots of condiments like PB, cranberry, nuts, seeds, juices and more. The staff did a great job cleaning up and keeping the food and coffee stations filled. One family with their young tots made a full blown disaster and I thanked the ladies who came up after to pick up and scrub it down. We had a king size bed with 4 pillows and extra bedding in the drawers. It was very comfortable as I've always slept well on Marriott mattresses. The room had plenty of storage to unpack, an ironing board, and updated outlets for charging. The rooms were cleaned every other day but I did ask them to come more often to vacuum up after the pup. I appreciated them very much. The view to the outside over route 9 towards the Natick mall was nice. It wasn't too loud and I enjoyed being able to see the grounds. The tree leaves were turning color and the ground people did a great job mowing, trimming and keeping the place looking nice. I look forward to our next stay and highly recommend this location. We met some long term stay guest who were also quite nice. Thank you to all the staff for being so friendly and welcoming.
