Used twice in a week to get from a Boston suburb to Hyannis and back again. Great experience all the way through from the first call to the final trip. I called and spoke to JR to make the arrangements and the professionalism of our conversation and the accompanying confirmation email made me feel very confident that I had found a great company (others I had called before that made me nervous for various reasons). Great reminders and alerts of when our driver (Dauton was great!) was on the way and had arrived. JR even contacted me before the first trip and suggested we leave a little earlier which ended up being great advice. The cost was very reasonable especially compared to some other services. I can't say enough good things about Jean and his company. We came into town while my mom was recovering from surgery and was limited in her mobility. Jean went way above and beyond in accomodating her and making the trip special. He acted as a personal tour guide, made thoughful suggestions of things she might like to see, made extra effort to limit how much she needed to walk and even picked restaurants amd made reservations for us. We found JR Limo Car Service after a bad experience with Blacklane Limo. Blacklane's website indicated that "meet and greet service" was available. We found that it was only available at Logan in you were on Emirates Airline. Since we needed this service on this trip, we continued to search and luckily we found JR Limo Car Service. We were very happy with the communication, the service, the car, and the driver. We even contacted our regular limo service in Las Vegas and suggested that they change their Boston affiliate from Blacklane to JR Limo. I wanted to be sure to have a thoroughly disinfected car to be extra safe with covid. A new water bottle only handled with gloves was in a cup holder in the back seat, wipes were provided, the car was clean and the driver wore a mask and gloves the entire time. Great friendly driver tracked my flight so he came early for my early arrival without me needing to ask. I booked it the day before and it was the most affordable price I could find. Great experience. Our driver Leo was professional and accommodating. We had to make a stop en route to our destination which he was happy to do. waiting for us early for Both pick ups.
