Their local phone number? it goes straight to voicemail. Their email? does not exist, your email gets sent back to you with the message: "This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: abbyslimocarservices@gmail.com" For all of the 5 star reviews on here, I'm baffled at how anyone actually gets ahold of Abby's to book a limousine! Habib is a combination of reliable personal driver, and customer service guru. He's been my family's preferred driver for a few years. Trips to/from the airport, nights on the town, etc, Habib is always there for us No request is too much, including helping us juggle those onerous car seats for the kids before/after trips, automatically adjusting for airplane delays, and all things in between. I needed to get to Logan at an ungodly hour and I knew I couldn't (and didn't want to) count on a cab. I schedule with Habib in advance, and he was even flexible enough to change up my time last minute for me over text. As a poor graduate student, I also didn't want to get ripped off and pay 100 dollars. Habib's prices were great, he is extremely nice and welcoming, even at 4:30 AM. 10/10 would recommend and will absolutely be using Abby's Limo in the future. read more

Habib's company is a rare find. After having a slightly harrowing experience with an unlicensed cab, I will never have anyone but Abby's drive me again. It's difficult to find such upstanding service these days. After being referred by a colleague at work, I gave Abby's a call to arrange transportation to Logan the night before Thanksgiving. The car was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Habib is a safe and efficient driver, and very personable as well. He responds to calls, texts, and e-mails, and will even adapt to late or changing flights if you give him your flight information (no need to call him and reschedule in the air, he will already know). Even better, he doesn't run the meter if you're a few minutes late to the curb. His prices are very reasonable and oftentimes much cheaper than other companies that purport to (and fail to) deliver the same level of service. In fact, my company enlisted him to drive our entire office to and from Logan for a company-wide meeting we had over the summer - every single one of my colleagues was thrilled with the service. Seriously, give Habib a shot. He's awesome. read more

Abby's Limo has great services and cars. They are very polite and reliable. The rate is very reasonable.

My wife, infant son, and I needed to get from the 128 Amtrak station to our hotel 20 miles away and, after calling around and reading a lot of Yelp reviews, we settled on Abby's. When our train arrived, a town car was waiting for us at the entrance to the station, with the driver (the owner's son) standing there to greet us. We had a fast, efficient ride to our hotel, and while it wasn't cheap ($95, tip included), it was actually one of the cheaper quotes that we got, even from taxi companies. I'd been thinking that our trip back would be easier--we had a rental car by then, and the Hertz office is just five miles from the train station, so surely I could just take a taxi. But after a shocking hour and a half on the phone with a wretched series of taxi companies, each less reliable sounding than the last, I finally caved and called Abby. (Really, what's going on in the western Boston suburbs with car services and taxi companies? These companies are almost uniformly terrible, as their Yelp reviews will confirm.) Despite that it was midnight, Habib agreed to meet us at 6:15 AM and drive us to the train station. Again, it was not cheap ($65), but unlike every lousy taxi company that I called, I *knew* that Habib would be there, and that we would not miss the last train south before Hurricane Sandy struck. (I wish I'd called him first and gotten more sleep!) Of course Habib was there, a few minutes early in fact, and we were at the train station with time to spare. I'm not the car service type-or so I thought--but next time I need transportation in the Boston area, I'm calling Abby's first. read more

We have been using Habib for our car service needs for years. His services is excellent and the prices are the best in town. I use the service quite regular for airport runs for business runs, however I also trust Abby's to take my wife or daughter where they need to go. Habib is a personable and honest businessman, and expects the same from anyone who drives for him. The review from AA is clearly from a disgruntled competitor. Having knowing Habib personally for many years, he doesn't have it within his makeup to be demeaning. Also, Abby's charges flat rates and always takes direct routes, so the bit about the tolls is just BS. read more

I looked everywhere for a reasonable car service for our most recent vacation and could not find any close to home in South Shore MA. I called Abby's and Habib was so reasonable I booked 3 trips through him: 2 for me and 1 for my parents return. Not only was he accommodating enough to make the drive to pick us up (at 3 am an hour away), and drop us off at Boston/Logan, but my parents' flight got delayed and they followed the flight so they could be waiting for them. I really can't say enough good things about Abby's and I highly recommend them to anyone traveling in the Boston area. read more

I'll be honest. I came hear to Yelp to check out Abby's and was a little wary based on the reviews, but time was tight and my options were limited. I needed to shuttle a film crew from New York to Boston and Habib delivered. Not only were his drivers on time, friendly, and the cars clean, but his price had all the other competitors beat by a long shot. He took away all the headaches and worries I had and got the job done (flat rate, no calculating for gas and tolls and tip) Also, today I had a last minute airport ride, like LAST minute, needed to be picked up in minutes. I've been screwed too many times by the cab companies so I called Abby's again, and they came through, no issues, just rides. Dependable, Affordable, Helpful and Friendly. read more

Abby's Limo Car Service was the best car service i've ever experienced. The driver was a total professional; he was nice and kind and extremely polite and most importantly he was on time and he even texted me when he was a few minutes away to let me know thus giving me a real time update on his arrival. The car was very clean as well. Abbys Limo Car Service prices were very low and affordable, I would even say Abby's prices rival Uber's pricing, the only difference is with Abby's Limo Car Service you get A+ service and first class luxary at a great affordable price. Taxi's, Uber or even other private car services can't even hold a candle compared to Abby's Limo Car Service, thats how great my experience was with them. 5 stars isn't a high enough rating, I give Abby's Limo Car Service a 10 star rating!!!!! I am 15 months late on this review (sorry Abby's Limo) I needed a ride to the airport at 5am and instead of getting a cab my husband decided to go in class. Well let me tell you, he wasn't only a little early (which I like) took both our bags put it into a beautiful limo and drove us into the airport with no problem. The most reasonable limo ride I ever had in my life. My husband asked can you pick us up in a week? Sure no problem just text me your arrival time and I will be here. So we did, come to find out the we were delayed for 4 hours, we texted and he said no problem you will still be picked up, it was 1am and we thought no way is he going to be out there . . . but he was!!! I won't be going anywhere anytime soon but when I do we're calling Abby's Limo!!! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a car to take me and my family to the Boston Logan airport at around 4:45 am for an early flight. After calling a day before, I was assured that they would be on time. I texted the details as well and got a confirmation in the evening. At around 4:20 am I texted for an ETA and after 10 mins, when I did not hear back, I called them only to receive a voicemail. I was getting anxious as we had calculated that we needed to be at the airport by 5:15 latest to be able to make the flight. At 4:40 I texted letting them know that I would be calling an Uber if I did not hear from them. Finally received a text saying they would check where the driver was. I waited for another 5 mins before starting to book an Uber. As I was confirming the Uber, I received a text saying the driver was 25 mins away and if I still needed it. I was furious by this point especially since my whole family including my 80-year-old grandma were waiting on the street. Even then I texted back saying I would cancel. I should've never replied back honestly. Thank god for Uber which arrived literally 5 mins later and saved the day. Really though, do not rely on this service. I really should have heeded the negative reviews. I don't normally post reviews, but this experience left me annoyed and irritated enough to warrant this review. Choose another service or Lyft and Uber. Additionally, the uber cost 50% less than the price that was quoted by Abby's service. read more

I was a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding this past weekend, and the bride had reserved a limo to bring herself and all of the bridesmaids from the hotel to the venue for the ceremony. After having confirmed with the limo company that morning, and waiting over twenty minutes past when we were scheduled to be picked up, we resorted to ordering an Uber car. We were never notified that they were running late (or better yet, not even coming), and when we called them, we couldn't get anyone on the phone. The bride was delayed for her own wedding. We have been using Habib for our car service for about a year. At first, we were moderately content with his service like others hae mentioned to get back and forth from the airport to Brookine for me, my SO, and infant son (the main bad issue is that the drivers seemed to make up the rate of our ride every time and we had to renegotiate every ride). A few weeks ago, however, we were returning from the airport when Habib got a call from a customer that he admitted that he double booked with us. Instead of owning up to his situation, he refused to answer the call or text from the customer who was already waiting at the airport for his pickup. Habib told us he needed time to think of an excuse before answering the other customer. His actions in this situation should have been an immediate red flag that we should not use his service anymore. However, I was too lazy to do my homework to find another service, so I regret that I stuck with Habib one more time. Well, a couple of weeks later I texted Habib to see if he could give my family a ride to the airport from a hotel as we were relocating out of state I requested the ride 1 week in advance for an early morning pickup, and Habib confirmed the reservation. The night before our scheduled pickup, I confirmed our reservation again via text and he acknowledged that we were all set. The scheduled appointment time came and we are all standing outside our hotel anxiously waiting for Habib so that we would not be late for our flight. I texted Habib that we are ready...no answer. I called his phone only to get voicemail. After 5 additional minutes, I texted and called again. Nothing. After 20 minutes past our reservation time, I texted and called again and had not heard anything from Habib. Fortunately, the hotel had the number of a reliable car service and they came right away. I texted Habib one last time for an explanation and never heard back from him. No apologies or anything. So, the bottom line is that Habib is unreliable. If you need a ride somewhere for a specific time (like the airport), I would not recommend Abby Limousine and Car Service. read more

Unfortunately, my husband and I used Abby's limo service for our wedding this year. We were extremely unhappy with the service. The short version: the inside of the limo had blasting heat and techno music (our requests to turn both off were ignored) and the driver did not know how to get to either the church or reception venue...even though they were in the same town and less than 10 mins away, so he had to bother my wedding party for directions. First of all, we booked the service for Nov 2, and on Oct 2 (a Wednesday) my then-fiance got a call that the limo was ready outside the hotel...a month early. On the correct date, he received a call that morning from the driver indicating that he "may be late because he was pulled over and given a speeding ticket." He ended up being only about five minutes late to pick me and my bridesmaids up from my parents' house to go to the church. The driver (we're unsure of his name... he never introduced himself or greeted us at all) did not help us into the limo, and when we piled inside the heat was blasting even though it was about 60 degrees outside. When we asked him to turn off the heat, he said it "would take a long time for things to cool off." He had techno music playing in the limo- I was feeling jittery since I was on the way to my wedding ceremony and asked him if he could change the music to something calmer or just turn it off. He said we had the ability to do that ourselves from where we were sitting, but when we tried it wasn't working. When we told him this, he ignored us. The church was only five mins away from my parents' house, but the driver asked us "how to get there." One of my bridesmaids had to direct him (the church is on Main Street). When we arrived he did not offer to help us out of the limo. When the ceremony was over, he picked us up to take us to the reception venue, which was in the same town only 5 mins away...but again he bothered the wedding party to give him directions. Even when my friend directed him clearly, he went the wrong way and had to turn around. In my mind, he did not do the bare minimum of his job- he wasn't prepared and didn't even bother to look for directions himself to either of the locations which were in the SAME TOWN. We paid $300 for this poor service. After we returned home from our honeymoon, we called Abby's to voice our concerns. We were told we would receive a return call in a few days. When we didn't, we called back and were told the best they could do was refund us $50. They said there was "no point in firing the driver because he would just get a job somewhere else"....huh??? We were told they already paid the driver so they couldn't give us more than $50. Safe to say we will never use Abby's again. This was 99% the driver's fault, but the company is represented by its drivers and the owner should have taken ownership of this negative experience. read more

I have now used Abby's three times. All were rides to and from Logan to Cambridge. The driver was always on time. The drivers are courteous, the rate is reasonable, and the cars really clean. I was able to contact them to arrange rides through texts, and received texts and phone calls so that I could identify the driver once I landed at Logan. I am a convert after dealing with smelly cabs, clueless cabbies, radios blaring, and screens on the back of the front seat trying to sell me something for years. These guys are great. read more

Let's just say that you get what you pay for. This company is less expensive than other car services, but there's a reason why. The cars are filthy (old water bottles and soda cans in the back seat, the trunk was half filled with bags belonging to someone else, etc.) and the cars (one a Mercedes and one a van) seemed tired and worn out. The driver was nice enough, although quite difficult to understand through his thick accent. Although the price was nice, going forward, I would rather pay a premium so that I am riding in a clean and professional looking car and am able to communicate easily with the driver. read more

The car was late for pickup, the driver was demeaning, and worst of all, the company lied to us. Be warned they will not use the Mass Pike for the quickest route and will avoid all tolls but still bill you for them. Save yourself the trouble and use another car service. read more
