It is very rare for a small business to offer free services because a lot of them do it with a catch. Over here there was NO catch! They just wanted me to know all of my repair options and even if I didn't get any service by them there would have been no charge. Regardless, since they are a small business they earned the support. They are honest, thorough, and reliable. I am thankful for them being my laptop back to life after being completely dead for 10 months.
