No need to make appointment because walk-ins accepted. if not sure, you may call their contact number. accompanied my mom to have her fingerprints taken for a job requirement. an older gentleman opened the door and welcomed us by saying good morning. it took a bit of a drive from West Bloomfield towards this location but somehow the guy who assisted us made it worth the trip because of his politeness and fast service. he would ask you first if he could hold your fingers and then pressed it to the scanner. for many years I have experience other people find it hard to take a scan of my fingerprints, however with this guy...he made it look easy and fast. instead of going to a police station - the guy made my mom feel comfortable. they charge $30 for the fingerprints and it takes more or less 3 days to get results - it is then forwarded to your employer. from filling up the form, signature and fingerprints scanned - it took more or less 10-15 minutes to finish the process. payment in the form of cash or card.

I asked how much is it to wrap. He explained $2.99, I declined and bought the tape. I wrapped my packages up along with the return label that was provided to me. A young label said we would have given you a sleeve we just needed to close the package. I said well it's a kinda too late for tht. A guy comes in scans one package. Then has a hard time scanning my second package. The clerk suggests I print another label. Here's the issue. There's more ways to get the label QR CODE, type the label in manually. Why the hell would yall charge me another $3 to print the paper out when yall watched me already buy tape wrap my items and watch me wrap my labels up! Won't be going back there again! No efforts to try and help out after standing in a human chain of ppl! Do better
