He's laid back enough for me but takes my concerns seriously. I think that's the most important thing. I'm not a fan of some of their admin stuff, especially recently. I have never (ever) been late with a bill. Now, when visiting, they are trying to force you to pay for a visit where they haven't even mailed a bill yet. When I explain I like to review the bill, I'm told they can print it out and I can pay it. I find this heavy-handed approach a bit annoying.

We've been very pleased with Dr. Bailey. She's kind and gentle in her approach with the children…read more She's also very thorough in her exams. I find it so rare that a doctor, these days, is willing to listen to you and get to the bottom of a problem. My daughter was diagnosed with pink eye that didn't resolve after a week of antibiotic drops and Dr. Bailey did a special eye test and found that there was something on my daughter's eye. She quickly called an eye specialist and persuaded them to see us even though they were closing in 5 minutes. Come to find, my daughter had a piece of metal in her eye and I'm so thankful we got into the eye doctor so quickly!

There systems are outdated, they do not have a portal, nor do they call you or remind you of upcoming appointments. When asking about this w/ the doctor I was told "You only have 1 kid" as if that's an excuse for no reminders from the office. There sick hours are convenient, and I absolutely LOVE Dr Allen's nurse (Kesha) she is always upbeat and friendly & remembers the clients. There are many other pediatricians in the area who have better customer service & updated processes
