The kitchen counters and prep area were covered with storage that was in our servers way. The kitchen had no hot water the day of our event. We were told we would have access to the tv's for our slide shows but they didn't work and had no wifi connection in the entire place. Also, our keg tap disappeared. The candy cane maze is really fun and could take you a while to find your way through. They have a lot of food, drink, and treat options, including fire pits to roast hot dogs and smores over. There are also a lot of add on experiences: a Christmas light train ride (not an actual train, but one of those small amusement types), 2 different horse wagon options through lights (one large group and another smaller carriage for up to 4 people), a couple slides, and some private rental areas with fire pits and themed seating. The horse wagon was fun to do and the line not nearly as long as for the train. All in all, this was a great experience! There are lots of things to see and do, plenty of parking, and you can take your time enjoying what there is to offer without feeling rushed like at the drive thru experiences. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful -- gorgeous Southwestern architecture and landscaping, spacious accommodations, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. But what really made my stay memorable was the people. The service from beginning to end was outstanding. My experience started with an easy check-in and a wonderful surprise -- a complimentary room upgrade! I also had a Tesla that needed charging, and the valet team immediately moved it to the front of the line and took care of it for me. That level of attentiveness continued throughout my entire stay. I loved spending time at the adults-only Oasis Pool, and one of my favorite resort amenities was the golf-cart transportation around the property. Staff will pick you up and take you wherever you'd like to go, which is especially appreciated during the Arizona summer heat! The highlight of my stay was definitely the Summer Sampler at LeMonds Aveda Salon & Spa. It included a wonderful massage and facial, time relaxing by the beautiful spa pool, a delicious fresh salad for lunch, and a wash and style to finish the day. Everyone at the spa was incredibly kind and attentive. Pauline did my hair and was exceptionally sweet -- the perfect ending to such a relaxing day. I also had a great experience at the Wigwam Bar. Amber was a fabulous bartender and server, and Gabriel, the manager, was exceptional. They were happy to accommodate my low-carb request and substitute fresh vegetables for the rice, which was very much appreciated. There are plenty of beautiful resorts, but it's the hospitality that can make a stay truly memorable, and The Wigwam absolutely delivered. Everyone I encountered made me feel welcome and well cared for. I would absolutely return and highly recommend The Wigwam for a relaxing Arizona getaway!

We had an Oasis suite and it was spacious and it looked newly renovated. The bathroom had both a tub and a walkin shower and we had a first floor room so we could walk directly to the adult pool. We went swimming every afternoon we were there and other than one person for 10 minutes, we were the only ones swimming. One nice thing is that they provide pool noodles so we could float to our hearts content. From the time we checked in, every person on their staff was helpful and friendly. We found when we checked in that the valets offered a free shuttle throughout the resort. So one night we went to the golf course and took a shuttle there. Since it was 112° it was a great alternative to driving or walking. If we had one quibble, the exterior of the resort, could've used an update. For example, the adult soft water pool surround was cracked in many places. I guess trying to grow grass in Phoenix in the middle of summer is difficult, but it made the common areas look unkempt. But overall, we loved everything else about the resort and would highly recommend staying here.

Those trees constantly drop leaves and bean pods into our yards. For the homes with pools, like mine, it's a major problem. The debris clogs filters and equipment. I've had to replace my pool pump motor 3 times in 7 years because of the mess. On top of that, their security lights shine directly into bedroom windows at night, disrupting sleep. A little consideration for the surrounding neighborhood would go a long way. Right now, this complex shows zero respect for the residents who have to live next to it.

We decided to come on a Wednesday afternoon for a Birthday with my girlfriend. Due to this being our first time behind the wheel of a high powered go-kart, we did have a lot of questions and concerns. The young man whose name was ALEX was just phenomenal. With a lot of nerves and questions Alex without hesitation and with great professionalism addressed each and every concern while putting nerves to rest. My girlfriend after speaking with him and after the pre-race briefing was ready and fit for action. It's hard to find such great character and hard working individuals these days. For our attractions we did the 7D experience (Los Banditos) and the Hyperdeck VR (Zombies) which were each favorites for people in our group. Getting to do 2 go cart races was perfect (1 blue track and 1 green track) and we shared plenty of laughs about the races and spin outs while enjoying the yummy food. The arcade offered so many options too, from VR & team Pac-Man to hoops and racing games. Was such a great value to get ~4 hours of fun, would highly recommend.
