I read all the reviews about up selling and went in fully prepared to be persuaded into some huge package or up sold on lotion or something. Instead I was treated with respect and courtesy by Easton who has been at this location for five years. She did not upsell me nor did she sell me any products that I did not need.she simply told me the special that they were running and she gave me a quick tour to show me the different kinds of beds. I opted for the gold package at 31.99 a month. At no time did I feel pressured or anything like that. I highly recommend that you go in and try this place out. They are very nice and very friendly and above all not pushy. Plus the beds are highly sanitize and it's a very clean operation.

Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service…read more I've been a loyal Palm Beach Tan customer since they first started offering spray tans, but my recent experience at the Flower Mound location was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. In March, I came in for a spray tan and was pressured into buying a 3-pack, even after I made it clear I don't get them often. The salesperson assured me they would extend the expiration date and even asked what date would work best. I told her the end of July, and she said that wouldn't be a problem. Fast forward to today (July 3), I went in to use my second spray tan from that pack--only to be told they had expired on June 20, just 13 days ago. I explained the entire situation, including the salesperson's promise to adjust the expiration, but the current staff offered no solution. Instead, they told me they'd give me a "free" spray tan today (which isn't free--I already paid for it), and that I would lose the third one I paid for. Not only was there no accountability, but I didn't even get an apology. Just cold, dismissive service. Palm Beach Tan, this is not how you treat long-time customers. It's unacceptable to make verbal commitments, take someone's money, and then backtrack on those promises. Do better.
