Horrible Customer Service and Unprofessional Behavior I've been a loyal customer, paying $69 a month for two years, but after my recent experience, I'm done. I accidentally left my tanning goggles at their location, and when I asked if they had them, they were indeed found in the drawer. I even showed proof of purchase from my Amazon account. Despite that, the young lady refused to return them to me, claiming they had been left over a month ago. I know they were mine, and I felt confident they'd be there. It was clear she was already upset because I brought my own lotion and didn't want to buy theirs. It seemed she was just trying to push me to buy new eyewear, though I already had a pair in my car. To top it off, she admitted that she and her colleagues had been using my goggles to tan! This is completely unacceptable. I'm canceling my membership and switching to Palm Beach. The equipment is often broken, and their service just isn't worth $69 a month. The lack of respect and professionalism was shocking. I'll be warning everyone I know to avoid this place. read more

I am SO incredibly grateful that my friend referred me to Glo Tanning in Highland Village! It is absolutely amazing, and that's an understatement. The girls that work there are extremely knowledgeable about their products and very eager to answer any and all questions that you might have. This has to be one of the NICEST spots I've ever been to before! Staff seem knowledgeable on products when I threw questions at them and yet they weren't pushy sales people. I love it and highly recommend everyone try the Skin Wellness Pro if you get a chance. Probably the best piece of Spa Equipment out there! Im having Sybertic contact you. I dont want anyone else to get hurt in Your salons! You were supposed to have a retrofit peice put on all of the Hydration stations. I should have never been burned. Love Glo!! Taylor is super knowledgeable and has great guest service!!! My skin has not seen the sun in years. Taylor helped me navigate getting color without burning. The beds are awesome.
