I followed those instructions, but I was still charged anyway, and now they're saying they can't reverse it. That's extremely frustrating and feels misleading. If the staff gives customers cancellation instructions, those instructions should actually prevent a charge. Instead, it feels like the business is set up to keep billing cards and make it difficult to fix mistakes. I would not recommend signing up unless you're prepared to watch your card closely and deal with poor communication if something goes wrong.

The check in process was easy but for your first time here you may not know! Just go to the ipad & follow the questions! The girl did exactly what I wanted - no judgement, no putting her own twist on it, i showed her how much i wanted off & she did just that! I had wanted to get rid of a good portion of my tail & make my brows straighter & she did them amazingly!! This was also my first time getting them threaded, a LOT less painful than wax. I hate when i'm getting waxed and the light is really bright that i want to really squeeze my eye & the hot wax under my brow - it's very over stimulating. with threading, you get to hold your eye a little & get that extra blocking of light & since you're kinda covering your eye, it isn't as scary!! The lady handed me a price list from the stack of pamphlets sitting on the counter. When it was time to checkout none of the prices matched the charges. I brought this to her attention and she said the list she gave me was old. She refused to honor the prices and said there was no manager or anyone else who would change the prices. Helen did a great job on my nails. I loved the Christmas design. Allen got me the worse pedicure EVER. Victoria gave my husband the BEST pedicure. There are an abundance of nail salon so I won't be back. Customer service means a lot and on this day they had NONE.
