The front girl I didn't catch her name (works at 4pm cst) went thru the process and got me set up with new lotions and ready to go. Brought daughter back to get her started too she was impressed. I will say the girl who came in for I think the 5pm shift was definitely not welcoming she came in while I was waiting for the other girl to show my daughter the beds. Had she been there when I came to resign up I would not have. She didn't even acknowledge while I stood there while the nice girl(so sorry I didn't get her name) . the 5pm girl was very rude and even after asking questions to the other girl just was arrogant and very BUT wouldn't hold that against the 4pm girl.4pm girl deaerves raise explained everything, took care of other guests while getting me taken care of but 5pm girl is a no. Jenny was helpful to guide me to my color based on my skin tone and needs. They have a spacious private tanning area and offer various disposable bra options along with panties. Jenny was my attendant and made sure I looked great and gave me all the tips for after-care. They offer several packages for a regular glow or you can just pay as you go. They also offer a skin hydration option which leaves your skin feeling so hydrated! Tan Tip- wear loose fitting clothes. Some tan may transfer but it seems to wash out fine. The smell is typical tan smell but once you get a shower it's gone.

I scheduled with Ryan and informed her that I do have lashes from a different tech and she let me know that I'd need a consult to make sure I didn't need a removal & full set. After the consult we did determine that I'd most likely need a removal (the previous tech I had used WAY too much glue y'all) and she recommended a full set instead of just the fill. I explained to her that I wouldn't be able to afford a full set at this time as I am going out of town tomorrow and instead of turning me away (like many techs do) she worked with me!! I was blown away at how kind and personable she was and she totally leveled with me to make sure that my lashes would look perfect for my upcoming trip. I will definitely be booking with her from now on for any of my lash needs. I'm sure the Bronze Bombshell in Dallas is great, but I had a fantastic experience at the Southlake location. Monica was extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Monica made the whole experience a tremendous amount of fun. I felt like I was talking to one of my best girlfriends. We laughed and shared experiences all whilst she was doing my spray tan. I highly recommend this wonderful lady. She's sweet, she's a riot and she really knows her business. My spray tan is perfect and was well worth the trip.
