I'll start with the space itself which was what originally made me want to take a class here. The atmosphere was dreamy and blissful with rainbow-colored sunbeams coming in through the glass in the window and filling the room. Simply and tastefully decorated creating the perfect environment for yoga practice and meditation. So much better than your typical commercial yoga studio. The class I took was with Jennifer and she was awesome! Really professional and she has such great energy. She really knows how to conduct a class. You can tell she's experienced, knowledgeable and loves what she's doing. I tend to get restless midway through yoga classes but not in this one. I could have gone even longer. I found the whole experience to be very personal, spiritual, healing, energizing and relaxing all at the same time. I felt fantastic and chakra connected when it was over and thought about it for days. It's rare I come out of a yoga class and feel my mind, body and soul fully tended to. Can't wait to go back!

At it's peak, there were 150+ fellow viewers. I loved every moment... the wonderful instructor was extremely calming, motivating, down to earth and genuinely positive. I wish I could make him the voice of my alarm clock each morning. Thank you again for hosting this. I've done a few guided meditation sessions before and this one was amongst the most well run. In fact, I almost forgot that this was being done over Zoom... it felt like the class was literally happening within my living room. At times like these, it was such an honor to be surrounded (even if virtually) by hundreds of like-minded and positive individuals. That group dance sess at the end was the icing on the cake!

With work and other outside demands, we need to let stuff go so that we can live in the moment and be happy. This helps to be more focused, energetic, and appreciative. I feel that anyone with a stressful lifestyle could benefit from this center's services. They offer on line classes or online one on one sessions. They are open every day- so there is no excuse to not be able to get some stress relief! Their hours are Monday- Saturday 10 am-10 pm and Sunday 10 am- 3 pm! I FOUND HER! All my…read morelife I've been searching to talk to my inner-self, my guide, my third eye what ever you want to call it. In just 1 session I was immediately brought the front door, unlocking the connection to my wiser self. SHORT STORY: Call and make the appointment. You won't regret it. Donna is great at what she does. She knows how to guide you on the path you wish to travel sort of speak. Her session pack a punch and is worth every penny and every minute. Be warned the deep relaxing sessions are addictive. You want to go back for more. You will feel a sense of happiness, refreshment and accomplishment when you "wake up" from your session. MORE DETATILS: I WAS skeptical about hypnosis. All I knew about it was from TV and movies. It's hokey and who wants to cluck like a chicken. Hey at one point of my life I viewed going to therapy was for the "weak". Now because of TV shows like the Sopranos, therapy is no longer a mystery and completely socially acceptable. Research. The key is to demystify hypnosis. I looked up a tons of videos and articles. I came across Donna's thorough and detailed videos. The way she talked about hypnosis was less scary, less magical and more scientific and practical. The videos help you get familiar not only with the process but with Donna who will guide you and make you feel more comfortable to make that call and make an appointment. Office. The office on the 1st floor and is conveniently located where there is lots of parking. The space is a typical office you'd expect, clean and tidy. You have a "pregame chat" or discovery chatI call it, then do the actual hypnosis in a nice cozy room. The process: -First you start with a pregame chat where Donna guides you with questions to explore what kind of things you would like to work on and what messages you want to suggest or impress upon your subconscious. -Then you head into the hypnosis room, where you sit in big comfy recliner with a big fuzzy blanket and lights dimmed down. -Next Donna plays some relaxing meditation music as she guides you into deep relaxation. She will get you into this deep and deeper relaxation state. Even if you have trouble focusing Donna's calm and soothing voice will allow you to just slow down. I promise. -When you reach this deep state of relaxation she will start saying suggestions about what you talked about earlier and slowly guided you back up to reality. - You "wake up" feeling amazing. The actual hypnosis will feel like hours when in reality it was only 10-15 minutes. Cost: I signed up for the 5 sessions. Price wise it is comparable to the cost of a phycologist. Well worth it! Hypnosis vs Therapy: I think therapy is wonderful and everyone can use someone to talk to. The con with therapy is that its a long process and you talk about stuff and discovery belief systems that don't serve you and talk about it some more on an Ego level. Hypnosis cuts to the chase! Identify the thought that does does not serve you and replace it with a thought that does serve you and programs you towards your goal. I have discovered more with Donna in our short period of time than I did in years of therapy. Again therapy is not bad. Its like going to a trainer and talking about a fitness plan versus actually doing it and seeing results. I wish you good luck on your hypnosis. You will love it.
