Mariko is the best! Her studio is the best! all of her instructors are good but I want to make special mention of Fontane who is a phenomenal teacher. I've been taking her class for some time now. She works on your form and your alignment so you get the best benefit out of the practice and don't hurt yourself. Before the pandemic there was a wide variety of classes to fit any student's schedule and interest. Now there is a satisfying mix of online and in-studio classes. Honestly, this is the best yoga place I have ever attended for many reasons. Mariko, the owner, is very kind and knowledgeable about all different kinds of yoga. She definitely has a special spirit and will make anyone feel welcome, if it is your first or 1000th yoga class. The first time you meet her, you will notice a positive aura about her that she radiates. She knows her stuff, and anyone will walk out of there knowing so much more about yoga, their bodies, and their minds. This place is my destressor. I know if I walk in stressed I will come out centered and calm. Maybe that's why I have been coming to this place for a whole decade. This is not a normal, trendy cookie cutter studio for yoga-wannabe hipsters. This place is a gem, built with love and a caring spirit, with caring instructors and a truly peaceful atmosphere. Beautiful studio with lots of good energy!

My husband bought me a groupon for this yoga studio so I could take some pre-natal yoga classes (I'm 5 months pregnant). I called and spoke with the owner, Mariko, and was told that the group on doesn't cover pre-natal yoga. I explained that I was looking at the groupon and that limitation was no where mentioned. She stood her ground firmly and refused to honor the groupon. She said I could attend another yoga class. I explained again I was 5 months pregnant and was only interested in pre-natal. After my intital classes I was looking to continue throughout my pregnancy and after I delivered, but I will look for another studio. Mariko is not interested in gaining new clients. read more
