I found them based on Yelp reviews and they are great! My parents are older and hard to please and their experience at the office today was smooth and they are both satisfied. The dentist immediately adjusted my dad's dentures and stopped them from hurting when his last dentist never could after multiple visits. My mom liked them very much and both of them will be returning. Also, Lisa has been so helpful on the phone - it's super easy to book appointments and you don't have to wait long and they just seem to be organized and quick and happy to help. read more

Everyone loves going to see their dentist. Not!! However, Doc Moskowitz has figured out a way to make a dental visit, if not enjoyable, at least not painful. My visit with one of his hygienists (Charity) was unexpectedly pleasant and I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a family dental practice. Worst dentist I had in over 25 years (between TX and NC)! First of all, let me share my terrible experience. Dr Moskowitz is my dentist. He did a filling on my tooth a month ago based on his recommendations to treat a small cavity. 4 weeks later I started experiencing a major toothache. It started on Thursday. I called the office on Friday (the next day), they were closed. It got worse and I had to go to the Urgent care the next day, since I had fever, swelling in my face and major tooth pain. They put me on antibiotics, gave me pain medication and told me to see my dentist. On Monday (the next business day when the office was open) I came to see Dr Moskowitz. To my shock, he did not want to treat me, had 0 empathy, 0 suggestions for my pain. He told me I could schedule an appointment with an endodontist to get a root canal, even though he does root canals. I'm his patient and waited on him for 4 days - Thursday- Sunday (while having a major pain). I left his office crying- I had a dental emergency: a face swelling, horrible toothache and I had to look for the dentist who would treat me the same day. Thank God, I was able to find the endodontist who was able to take me and treat me the same day. Please be aware that this doctor is not reliable and capable not to treat you when you need his help the most. read more

I've been coming here for quite a few years now and everyone here is so kind! I get a different dental hygienist each time I come in for a check up and I have not had a bad experience with a single one. I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but the staff here makes it a little bit easier. Each visit, Dr.Moskowitz comes in and checks the teeth to make sure that everything is okay with your teeth. TMI but I always have a ton of plaque and they are always so patient with everything and take their time to remove as much as they can. The hygienists explain everything they are going to do and make sure to not hurt you too bad with the instruments. read more

Terrible all the way around !! OK I have been a patient for few years and the service and experiences has progressively become worse with anything other than "routine preventative dentistry".. The bad news for me started in October of 2014 when he detected a hairline cavity on my lower right tooth which was "Not at all Hurting" me. He mentions the detection of cavity during a routine exam and suggests filling the cavity. Immediately after the filling, I experience the most throbbing toothache ever experienced as it hit the nerve. Now my Question to Dr. M, based on the X-Ray, he could not tell that the filling of the cavity would touch the nerve and cause pain ??? So the only choice I had left at that point was to do "Root Canal" and than a crown so all the pain and suffering for a "hairline cavity" that was not hurting. That really bothered me for going through with it. felt like shooting myself in the foot... When I asked the question why the filling was needed, he was reluctant to even do the "root canal" and was trying to refer me to Endo dentist although he is fully capable of doing "Molar root canals". The 2nd incident started in Jan 2019, where I made the appointment with the other lower tooth I had problem with and he again suggested "3 surface heavy filling". Now as the saying goes, "Fool me once- Shame on you, Fool me twice, shame on me" happen to me so I took his treatment plan and stuck in my pocket...There are few other Dentists who suggested that I should go with Root canal to avoid the pain the cavity filling will cause as it being so close to the nerve and based on the X-Rays and from my first experience it did make sense to me.. So again my question to Dr M- Why a Heavy 3 surface filling was the treatment plan suggested when based on the X-Ray of how close the cavity was to the nerve it would have definitely caused pain when the filling touched the nerve.. So I followed the plan of Root canal and crown and no Pain His treatment options are ridiculous as I have explained above and the staff on his team are not very friendly too as Pat seemed very prejudiced towards me with no Greeting after several seconds of eye contact. Same with Rachel as the dental technician who hurt my jaw so the lack of awareness and gentle touch missing. I also feel that Dr M is a bit short in any of the follow up discussions/questions and he is in hurry to attend to his next patient. read more

I switched to Dr. Moskowitz's office a few years ago. Even though I moved a bit further away, I will never go to another dentist again! They never over recommend a service that is not necessary, like some dentist offices trying to make as much money as possible. You can trust Dr. Moskowitz. I had a filling today. Normally, I dread fillings after having some horrible experiences from not being numbed enough, to it taking so long your jaw hurts. Dr. Moskowitz uses the latest technologies. The device used today allowed my jaw to rest comfortably and before I could blink it was over! I didn't feel a thing. The staff is also the best in the area in my opinion for painless cleanings. They are excellent with kids as well. I think if I moved to Alaska, I would still come back to this dentist office! There is a reason you walk in and they seem to know everyone by name. :-) read more

VERY RUDE, ASSUMING, and OUT OF LIKE. Assumed i was high at 7:40 am to have a root canal done. I work full time throughout the day and needed my oral work done promptly, yet was thrown out because i was apparently high on drugs. My mother was with me all morning. I needed to find a new dentist because the other dentist we chose in concord was not trust worthy. Doctor Eric Moskowitz was very friendly and actually cared about what I had to say. He answered my questions and his staff was friendly and happy as well. The wait time was no more than 20 minutes. Booking an appointment was a little farther out than I would have liked but it all worked out. The waiting room is clean, neat, and simple. I really dislike going to the dentist, but the room was cozy, and it was overall a great experience. My husband likes this practice as well so it's a 5 start review from us. read more

The first time that I came here was about two years ago and it was the last time other than to argue my bill the dentist Eric T Moskowitz bragged about all the new equipment he has and how it's so up-to-date and ahead of everybody however I believe he was ahead of himself. After all the bragging in who's in the Awwes I thought wow OK that's cool but then I receive my bill, apparently I'm the only one paying for all of it and he doesn't know how to use it correctly. When I went into argue my bill to find out what the heck is going on nobody had answers for me. And they all said that Has to do with coding how it was coded. My reply was you were the one submitting so why is this a discretion of some sort again I received no answer other than this is the way it was coded and that's how you get charged. Since then I warned my mother about this (Who is 73 years old) And thought I was full of nonsense., Until she receives her bill. They welcome you in the door open you leave it's a horrible horrible experience and I believe has to do with the area that they're in thinking that everybody has all the money in the world and he wants it all. The last thing that I was amazed by what is the fact that he gave me a $25,000 bill no joke to redo my entire mouth right now because I was in desperate need of help in the situation call for me to try to gain control over my teeth that I have had no problems with no pain no cavities other than that it was just not a perfect mouth and he wanted to see it fitTo his benefit .I reported him already to the Better Business Bureau and I've tried elsewhere but this was the most horrible experience not because of the work that was done which instead of taking my tooth he took an arm but I prevented him from taking a leg as well. This doctor is a sham his practice despicable his way of making money is not to benefit the community or an individual who needs help. He only looks for his best interest which is paying his bills and living in extravagant life and hopefully retirement For him at early age. Dr. Moskowitz and his team are so awesome! I had an old crown (installed by an entirely different dentist) break on a Friday evening. I requested an appointment online that night, and I received a call back from the office first thing Monday morning where a consultation appointment was scheduled. When I went in that day, Dr. M advised I needed a new crown. Due to my holiday plans and business travel, my first available date wasn't for 2 weeks. Instead of postponing the work, Dr. Moskowitz and his team performed my crown replacement right then and there. Such stellar customer service!
