We inquired directly with CD for our date and time and she guided us thru the booking process. There was a last minute mixup but CD made every effort to offer us a successfull party....and CD definitely delivered. On the day of our party, we arrived early to a wonderful birthday party setup in the outdoor back patio, decorated nook and and an intimate upstairs studio for our party guests. To be honest, the setup she provided was exactly how we prefer. We were able to bring in and display our offerings for our guests and the parents enjoyed themselves hanging outside while the kids roamed around and enjoyed their painting session upstairs in the studio. CD and her team did an amazing job in making sure our party was a success! You can not go wrong when it comes to art and we were right to go with CD's Art Studio! First off, hats off for how easy they made the sign-up process, getting just the minimum information needed. Also liked that there wasn't special treatment for being new, the kids were plugged into the class as if they've been there all along. This helped more accurately assess if they wanted to keep coming back. The kids have been attending for a few months now, between the regular weekly classes + camps. The teachers are very patient and supportive. The kids walk out from their classes with high confidence and proud of their work, and they look forward to the next class, which speaks volumes. The staff is also very accommodating with their make-up policy trying their best to make it work for families. Improvement area: comms. While they send out comms every once in a while, it's usually general and not specific to each kid. There is usually very little time at the end of the class to get feedback from the teachers. I wish there was a bit more of a monthly/quarterly progress report.

First we chose our scents and blended color and scents into our two candles and then from our leftover we got to make a special mini candle combining all of our candle wax! The color came out cute for the combo one! Then we glued on pretty pressed flowers into the glass to hold our candles!! It was so fun and a great place to yap away and craft together! While it was fun, the works we saw were not much different from my girls could do on their own. Last year we discovered this art studio and from the very first drawing, we are amazed every time we see a new creation. The girls are really improving, and are taking their skills and use them at school too to get accolades from teachers and friends. We like that the class is 1.5 hours, enough time to run errands or take a break :). I really recommend Iryna and her studio, we are lucky to have this studio in our neighborhood.

I've been wanting to try a sip and paint place and I was so excited when my friend wanted to come…read morehere for her birthday celebration! We were a party of 7, and we don't paint. If we have, it was definitely years ago LOL. It was cool that they had a small bar and drinks were a reasonable price! Our initial impression was that we were kind of anxious, considering our lack of experience, short time frame, and complexity of the painting. However, Heather (our instructor) began the session by explaining that if it's easier for us to just paint whatever we want or not paint at all, that would be fine. We weren't going to do that but having the reassurance made us feel so much more relieved! It was very easy to follow along the steps and it was actually really fun for our group! Towards the end, we did feel rushed because we were past the session and have not gotten to the last steps, but Heather was able to quickly run us through them and then when she finished, we were still free to sit for a bit to finish up the painting. The experience was very enjoyable for my first time here and even though my painting wasn't the best, I would definitely come back!

It was so cute how it was setup, the drink selection was great and I absolutely love that you can bring your own snacks. There were 4 of us so they let us sit on the end and even let us use a side table for all of our snacks. The painting experience was okay, our instructor was soft spoken so it was hard to hear from the other side of the room. Being on the other side of the room also made it harder to see what the instructor was painting. At some points the instructor would stop giving instruction and would just be focused on her painting so we had to just use our own picture reference. She was still sweet and came to check in a few times. Towards the end she came and helped us clean up our pictures or give us some pointers.
