This is the most unfriendly place you can imagine....and it is for KIDS! I walked up to the front desk on our very first class and the lady (on the phone) ignored me. Finally I had to interrupt her because my child had to use the restroom. When we came back, still on the phone, she did not welcome us or tell us where to go. My child's class started and we did not know where to go. So interrupted her again and she said to CHECK THE EMAIL, our class info was in there. read more

For example, she directly tells students what to do in homework and thoroughly explains what the project is about/what the goal for the project is. Recommend this place! My daughter started to learn drawing in this place for three years. We are so lucky to find a place nearby and my daughter loves the teacher here in her class. Do not book a trial session because your session would mostly like be rescheduled/cancelled. I booked a trial session back in November and got an email&phone call from Shanya 4 days before the session and said my trial session has been overbooked by the system and MUST be rescheduled. When I registered for this session, there were still 3 spots available. It seems to me that the spot was replaced by another paid user, rather than giving to a prospective student as promised. It is hard to believe this is a system error, otherwise I wouldn't see "3" spots still available at the time I booked our class, plus they started registration for spring 2022 on Dec 8. I emailed her back and let her know this last-minute cancellation heavily impacted my trust in the business as I have already told my little one about this session. She did offer me other classes in that email, however, I am only interested in Miss You's class as her class is recommended by one of our friends. Guess what, no one bothers to response my email or try to solve this issue. What an awful experience for a prospective student. I am glad there are so many other options in the bay area and they are much affordable! read more
