I signed up the kids (6 and 8 yo) for the free intro classes just to get a sense on how they'd like it. First off, hats off for how easy they made the sign-up process, getting just the minimum information needed. Also liked that there wasn't special treatment for being new, the kids were plugged into the class as if they've been there all along. This helped more accurately assess if they wanted to keep coming back. The kids have been attending for a few months now, between the regular weekly classes + camps. The teachers are very patient and supportive. The kids walk out from their classes with high confidence and proud of their work, and they look forward to the next class, which speaks volumes. The staff is also very accommodating with their make-up policy trying their best to make it work for families. Improvement area: comms. While they send out comms every once in a while, it's usually general and not specific to each kid. There is usually very little time at the end of the class to get feedback from the teachers. I wish there was a bit more of a monthly/quarterly progress report. read more

This art facility deserves 5 stars for their scheduling and exposing kids to different forms of art. However i just feel that there should be a feedback mechanism every few months to know where your child did good and where they are lacking so we can focus more on that area. Without that i feel its more of just a recreation than a learning! read more

It's been a year since my daughter, now 9 1/2 years old, has been taken classes and attending art camps at the LG location and we are very happy. I wish they had a simple online system to sign up for classes and else but they don't. You are better off calling and doing it that way. Other than that the place and teachers are great! read more

My daughter has been taking classes here for over a year and she continues to love it. They keep track of what she knows how to do and what she should learn next to keep her interest up and skills improving. They share a checklist with her often so she can see how much she's learned and when she advances to a next level. She's so proud every time she completes a level. My five year old daughter loves this class. The teachers seem sweet and she's learned so much in just a few months. The classes and art are very structured. They learn techniques and how to use different mediums. I'm surprised my daughter is able to sit still and do such structured work, but she loves it! My daughter loves Drawn2Art! She has done the weekly class - and summer camps. The staff is kind and patient - Rachel (the owner) is very outgoing and helpful. My daughter's first day last year - apparently there was an issue and potentially a staff member got a little frustrated with her. When I arrived to pick her up - Rachel pulled me aside personally to tell me what happened, assure me the situation was handled, and wouldn't happen again. She really got in front of it. I asked my daughter - and she didn't really seem to think anything happened - so all was well, and I probably wouldn't have even noticed had Rachel not told me upfront.
