While a lot of manufacturers claim their shirts are iron-free, the reality tends to be somewhat different for most; with Brooks Brothers shirts you really and truly do NOT have to iron them! Despite the fact that this store is an outlet, customer service here is excellent; they fold, wrap, and bag everything just like in their regular retail stores. They obviously care about their customer's experience even though shopping here is about the least expensive way to buy their merchandise. Obviously, they sell a lot more than just iron-free shirts here, but I can't comment on what it's like buying the other merchandise in this particular store because shirts was all I bought :-)

I went into the store when it was almost empty, with only one other customer inside, and there were multiple employees working. The other customer was greeted and helped, but no one acknowledged me, asked if I needed assistance, or checked on me while I was shopping. I felt completely ignored. Customer service should be offered to everyone who walks into the store, not just certain customers. I ended up leaving without buying anything. I would rather spend my money somewhere that values every customer. I do not recommend this location.

The food hall is smallish in relation to how much real estate these outlets have. Outside of the food hall on the property are Wetzel's Pretzels and Fatburger which has its own space for seating. In the early 2010s, I've visited Guess and purchased pairs of sandals. Was not really motivated to check them out. Did visit Nike, Adidas, and Puma. Puma was not busy and had pretty decent prices. Adidas was crazy busy especially with customers interested in FIFA World Cup gear from various countries. Nike was super busy too. If they had a TJ Maxx at this center, I would likely have found and purchased deals. The Regal Edwards movie theater is just a block away. Previous review! Overall these Outlets are A-OK!

I also exchanged emails with a representative, only to later learn she handled online orders and had not fully addressed my concern. Today, I received a call from a salesperson not the manager informing me that the store would not exchange the incorrectly sized item because the tag was missing, despite my having the original receipt proving it was purchased at this store. As a longtime Theory customer, I find this experience disappointing and inconsistent with the level of service I have come to expect from the brand.

If you choose a style without a collar, it's likely better suited for a regular night out in town. Their partner stores are actually golf related shops. If you have a handful of clothes to buy I would highly consider joining their rewards program and also perhaps leaving one piece of clothing from the purchase unless you can't afford a trip back. My wife particularly likes the women's section and always finds some shirt or jacket to pick up. Staff is friendly, but often seem overworked/overwhelmed with the crowds. I've purchased other O'Neill Men Reserve Hybrid Shorts in 2024 and since worn upon arrival, had the zipper's stitching unravel, and the other's zipper mechanism come apart! Certainly not the quality one should expect from such a well-known brand. I'm am very dismayed and feel O'Neill has recently succumbed to the ways of incremental skimping to save a few cents with such large volume to equate into real dollars for them at the cost of alienating their customers. Photos are of three separate O'Neill shorts with various issues of: button missing, sipper stitching unraveling, zipper mechanism breaking, and torn mesh pocket lining.
