I stopped here to check out their selection. I knew that they were a factory outlet for Hoka and Uggs. Their website says that they are also an outlet for Teva's, but, I didn't see any. They had a small selection of Hoka shoes. The price was not low enough, nor was the selection large enough for me to buy any. I brought my wife and daughter here to look at some of the Uggs. They were tempted to buy. But, the shoe didn't fit. They seemed to have more Uggs than Hoka Shoes. They have a small selection of clothing. Employees were friendly. They tried to help. Today it's Monday of the President's day weekend and here they have 50% off everything almost... I think clothing and something else is excluded In observance of social distancing they are limiting groups of 20 people to entry for 15 minutes... Plus 5 minutes to check out. The entire store is cleared out and another 20 people go in. On entry they don't check your temperature or ask you questions about your health wellness history... It's kind of funny that a number of these reviews have complained so much about service at this outlet. I've been coming here for years and have found great deals on typically higher priced brands like Uggs and Teva and more. The people that work here have always been polite at checkout. But the other reviewers here that complain about service, confusing product layout, etc seem to be missing a critical point. This is a true outlet store. The various brands represented here are brought in in box loads. They are placed on shelves and allow customers to sort through them on their own to find hidden gems at fantastic prices. If you want a full service shoe store, go to the mall, or even the outlet mall, and you're welcome to pay the higher prices there that come with those amenities. But if you're looking for a no-nonsense and no-frills location to get great deals on very high-quality brands - this is the place to go. Be very careful about ordering HOKA shoes on line The company does not do its due diligence in terms of inspecting fake companies using its logo. Twice I have been screwed by false companies that advertise with the HOKA logo. When I contact HOKA they just say "oh that is a scam company" but it looks just like them. The other thing that I am unhappy about is although their shoes are so comfortable they do not wear well. I walked out of the bottom of two pair of shoes within 3 months. THIS IS AN OUTLET. Not the fake outlets some may be used to w maybe slightly lower prices on new items, some of which aren't made by the original mfgr, just the distributor has paid to use the name on their merchandise. Real items from the manufacturer that for some reason haven't gone out for distribution to regular stores. Think overruns, flaws (usually not noticeable), returns (if unworn, all shoes seem in new condition), ... And beyond the cheap outlet prices there are crazy sale weekends w 50% off and more. Ebayers etc come out in droves and YES there is a line as you may have to wait for these buyers to stock up w 50+ boxes each sometimes. During the sales, employees have two jobs, restock constantly from the truckloads coming in and ring um up as fast as possible. They are not on the floor answering questions or providing personal service. It's like read the room. You are on your own to figure it out. If you can't handle it, go to a fake outlet or regular store and pay high prices to be coddled and babied. if you want super low prices, put on your big boy/girl pants and deal. Having said that, be understanding of them and they will be understanding of you. Last, it's not the post office, they don't have to let you in past a certain time just because you are in line. Use perspective. Would you go to a restaurant just before closing and make the chef, waiter, etc stay for the length of an entire meal service just for you? Or show up just before a concert begins, one you know sells out, and expect a ticket? If you want to get in, be early. read more

This outlet is no longer worth visiting. Years ago when it was a hidden gem on Colt St., they had amazing deals...it was a fun adventure to go there After they moved to Main Street prices went up and up. Recently I stopped in to see if they had Hoka shoes and they did but prices were maybe $15 less than buying them new online. What's messed up about this is that the shoes are grade B quality for $89. I typically don't do reviews and the majority of my experiences here have been fine but the protocol the store has in place this year during the holiday season, which is to only let 5 people in the store for 20 minutes then let them check out and after that, let 5 more people for another 20 minutes - is ridiculous. They won't let the next 5 in until all previous 5 are out. So bizarre. You may want to call and check before you come to the store. Update: a few of the customers in the line spoke to a manager (called the store while standing in line and he came out) and he was responsive and allowed 10 people at a time into the store at a time. I'm sure they have reasons for the policy and hope they find a better way to address it. read more

Went there early one morning only to find the store practically empty, except about 100 boxes of shoes off to the side behind the guard. When asking if we were able to look there, were told they were sold to some shady looking guy at the register. Seriously! Someone must know someone to get a call to come in to buy. Should be a limit as well, under 25 pairs. Lady he was with practically knocked me down while she was literally just grabbing boxes. I brought a shoe to her to check if it was the kids price because it was in the kids area and she said yes but when my sister brought it up to buy it she said it was a different price. Absolutely horrendous "customer service". I will NEVER order from Deckers again, and will let my friends know as well. Their phone agents are consistently rude, accusatory, can't be bothered to listen and don't follow up - ever! I spent over 1.5 hours on the phone ON HOLD trying to make an exchange, and the first agent purposely hung up on me when I asked for a manager. I sent back a pair of boots that didn't fit, and they said they didn't receive them. I had to sort through my charge card statement to find the USPS charge in order to demonstrate I returned the boots. Then they said they'd do a one time "favor" by refunding my money. If you are brave enough to order from this unprofessional and disorganized vendor, save all documentation, and make sure you have tracking numbers for any returned items. They're likely to lose your return. So disgusted with this seller. read more

I came to get a pair of Hoka walk/jog shoes, refered by my Dr. for back and foot pain, I paid 1/3 the price for a pair here as I would at other stores, REI or online thru Hoka, I was also happy they just happen to have a huge selection when I came in, women and mens.
