Plus, they literally only charged $10.00 for the repair, despite it being kind of an "emergency" thing and not possible for me to just leave it or wait around. I will definitely be using this jewelry store again and again! I am impressed that they do in-house repair. Plus, I asked if they do appraisals and they do...for a reasonable fee (using a certified gemologist). The sign on the door said opens at 9:00 but did not have a closing time, so I assumed they were open until 5:00. The open sign was lit, the door was unlocked and there was a man sitting at the counter inside. I went in and asked about replacing stereos in 2 different vehicles. He was really rude and talked to me like I was interrupting his day, although he was doing nothing. After I told him what I needed, he said "well we do close at 4:00". I apologized and said I was sorry I did not see that anywhere. He replied "Well what were you doing all day, to come in here now?" in a very rude voice. I WAS WORKING, jerk. He finally gave me an estimate for the screen replacement for the Jeep. I then specifically asked about how much for the part itself and the installation, and he just said "I don't know." I apologized for wasting his time and left. I will not be back. Evidently he did not want my business.
